Prologue

He pushed me roughly against the wall causing me to gasp.

His free hand tilt up my chin to look at him.

The heat radiating from his body caused unexpected fear in my body.

Who doesn’t know him?

He is Xavier Carter the one and only “Lucifer”.

I made a mistake of looking into his eyes, something which he doesn’t hesitate to kill the person if done.

He walk inside the restaurant that I work in tonight.

Today being the first time I get close to him made my inquisitive self to peep up.

I wanted to know how he looks like, but my simple gesture put me in trouble.

How do I get out of this mess?
