Ella’s pov

Just arrived from Julian’s home and was told they left the country. I felt betrayed after the Store owner told me about it; the fact that are parents are divorced is something she shouldn’t have hidden from me, and she even left without saying goodbye, and even Drake, I just hated those two.

Julian and I have been friends for years, childhood friends with pleasurable memories.

Went home and met Danny talking to someone on the phone. I walked past him but was stopped by his conversation with God knows who…

I screamed into the reciever and threw the Phone at Danny, but he started laughing all of a sudden and played a sound record, then it dawn on me he tricked me

Danny’s Pov

Immediately Dad left, and was left alone at home, I begin my rehearsal on how to ask Julian out.

She’s Ella’s friend and my childhood crush, I was just planning how to ask her out when Ella stormed in and I decided to change words, suprisingly she went hoody hooty after hearing my conversation and I just burst her bubble by playing her the sound record, it was funny seeing her react that way. Am expecting my payback cos I know Ella’s not gonna accept the leading score.

J just needed to be careful not to fall into her trap . We are used to tricking each other from childhood and I think have arosen the game again.

I checked the time, need to be at the field the guys and I have agreed to meet at the school basketball field today.

Ella’s Pov

I woke up to the sound of a knock at my door “Who’s there”

I asked with a sleepy voice

“Ella it’s time for practice”

I heard Danielle, one of my band mate

My eyes went straight to the wall clock in my room, Quarter past 5, am coming I said loud enough for her to hear.

“Where’s Julian” Linda asked

” She’s out”

“Out for today or forever”

” Out forever” I replied angrily
