Danny’s POV

 

 

I walk around the party eye searching Kierra.

 

There I found her talking and smiling at her boss.

 

 

I was jealous and so angry.

 

 

I walk up to them and grab her by her wrist then drag her to a corner beside the pool.

 

 

I slammed her back on the wall and my lips found hers.

 

 

“Gosh,I f**king miss you” I said between the kiss.

 

 

She was stiff for a while but later reciprocate the kiss.

 

 

Her small delicate hand found my neck while my left hand draw her closer by the waist.

 

 

The fact that I was kissing her is truly magical.

 

I remember that dew minutes ago I refused to kiss her but right now I am kissing her like it’s gon’ be my last.

 

 

I broke the kiss and lean on her,my forehead touching hers.

 

 

“What was that about? She whispered.

 

 

“I don’t know” was the only thing I found myself saying.

 

 

It was complicated.

 

Truly I like Kierra,have come to like her but that doesn’t guarantee me of kissing her.

 

 

“See am sorry Kierra,this shouldn’t have happened” I apologize.

 

 

She stared at me like have grown two horns.

 

 

“What do you mean by that Danny? She asked.

 

 

“Well I mean to say that am very sorry,this shouldn’t have happened” I said.

 

 

“You regret kissing me? You regret us kissing? She asked.

 

 

This is what I have been trying to avoid.

 

I have no strength for this dramas.

 

 

“I….when you kissed me it was different Danny,my whole being feel

 

complete,I got butterflies in my stomach” she explained.

 

 

 

“Ain’t you tired of pushing me away Danny? Why can’t you admit the fact that you love me?

 

 

“Because I don’t! I semi yelled.

 

 

“I don’t love you Kierra,and I don’t want to lead you on.

 

 

I admit that I truly like you the feeling I got for you is just that of likeness nothing mutual” I explained.

 

 

Tears roll down her cheek and she quickly clean it with her thumb.

 

 

“Did I commit a crime by falling in love with you Daniel Marvin? If so I think that I have committed a huge crime” she said and chuckles silently.

 

 

“Have done everything to impress you Danny,to get you to love me but it seems like that will never happen.

 

 

Why?

 

Why can’t you love me?

 

I want to know,can’t I be loved because I was an ex pole dancer?

 

 

Tell me Danny I want to know! She yelled

 

 

“Yes! I can’t be with an ex stripper,I can’t not now not ever! I yelled back and left her there.

 

 

I shouldn’t have said that to her.

 

I shouldn’t have yelled at her or bring up her past though she did first.

 

 

I should have kept quiet now have ruined the little friendship we had.

 

 

Kierra’s POV

 

 

What he said hurts.

 

 

Now I understand,he couldn’t be with me when I was a stripper neither can I be with an ex stripper.

 

 

He doesn’t want me to soil his image.

 

 

But why did you kiss me Danny? Reigniting the feeling I once had for you and still have for you.

 

 

Why did you make me feel this way then left me once again?

 

 

I want answers Danny.

 

 

Why the fu.ck are you playing me huh?

 

 

I went to the female bathroom and clean my eyes with water.

 

I used a clean towel in damping off the water and had a touch up on my face.

 

 

I heaved a huge sigh before walking out of the bathroom.

 

 

Am tired Danny,I know I shouldn’t be but am fu.cking tired of begging and chasing you around.

 

 

Am tired of being rejected continuously,am tired of being labeled a joke.

 

 

Am tired of being see as a nobody.

 

Am tired of always wanting you Danny.

 

 

Now I think it’s time for you to experience those things too.
