I woke up in a hospital bed totally blank in mind.Cate and mother were seated next to me.I vividly remembered last night’s event doc telling me Dave will need a miracle to wake up ,we had been in the hospital the whole night.Mother came close to me and held my hand

Mother:i want to take you home

Me:you know that aint happening mother am not leaving this place until Dave is out of the comma

Mother:my son is in a critical condition you heard the doctor only a miracle will work for him.(wipes tears)i might loose him but i wunt take that risk with my grandchild.I know you are pregnant and am not gambling with the baby’s health.

I turned and gave cate a very stern look

Cate:dont give me that look Sharon,i didnt tell her(she had read my mind)

Mother:she didnt tell me the doctor who attended you did.

Me:was it Jay?

Cate:no she was a young lady

I didnt want her to know i was pregnant she had even concluded i was pregnant for her son.Any body else who knew me and Dave would have concluded the same.Mother and cate insisted on me going home until i had no other option.Jay drove us home mother was to freshen and go back to the hospital and cate was to stay with me.I went straight to the bedroom and slept.I felt pressured i wasnt thinking straight.I didnt understand why life was this unfair to me.In the evening i woke up and took a bath,i was taking coffee when stacy stormed inside my house calling me all the names on earth telling Dave to come out and face her.She thought Dave was with me.Obviously i was the last person she had seen near Dave i bet she had stayed back waiting for Dave to go back to his house and continue with what they were doing.She had the guts to come to my house calling me names.I stood and watched her coming close to me ready for a fight.I stood firm i felt like beating the hell out of her but i didnt have the strength i was exhausted and weak.She almost slapped me but Cate held her hand and pushed her back luckly she didnt fall she came pushing Cate and she had just woken up the devil in her.Its like cate was waiting for a chance to teach her a lesson.Cate gave stacy a very hard slap and in the next few minute they were fighting seriously i tried to separate them but all my efforts were fruitless.I had never seen cate that angry before,she beated Stacy calling her a boyfriend snatcher.It was a good thing Tonie came and separated them otherwise one of them would have been dead.Kindly share out stories from generalloaded.com using the floating social media icon buttons on the bottom of the screen

Tonie:what is wrong with you stacy(shouting)

Stacy:i came looking for Dave and these two harlots started a fight

Me:stacy???me harlot????(shouting)

Cate:how dare you call my friend a harlot and you are the one who snatched her boyfriend(trying to reach for stacy)

Tonie:you mean Dave is here?

Cate:ask her (pointing at me)she was the one who interrupted us last evening and since then Dave havent gone back to his house.

Cate:am not getting something here Sharon interrupted you with who and where

Me:i went to Dave’s house to talk things out with him(wiping tears)it was supposed to be a suprise visit

Stacy:tell them what you interupted and stop shedding crocodile tears

Me:shut up you bitch!……(wiping tears)and i got inside only to see Stacy half

na.ked all over Dave who was shirtless.

Tonie:so thats why you didnt want me to drive you!…..i get it(pissed and

angry)where is him?(shouting at me)

Cate:who are you to shout at her Tonie??

Me:i ran out crying and Dave came following me i crossed the road to get to a cab Dave came following me blindly and he didnt see …..(i started crying)

Stacy:talk!where is Dave?

Tonie:i never knew you were this stupid Sharon!

Cate:shut up you all!Dave was hit by a car and…

Stacy:tell me you are joking…please tell me you aint serious(crying)

Cate:(rubbing my shoulder)Dave is in a comma.

I never tought Tonie would be affected by the news but he was the most affected.Asking us to stop the lies actually he was crying.We waited for them to cool down and Tonie drove us to the hospital.As he was driving i asked him why he cried and yet he hated Dave.

Tonie:i have never hated Dave Sharon if something happen to Dave i will never Forgive my self Dave have been my friend for 13 years i have grown to love him as a brother the fact that we were were fighting over you dosent mean i hate him(he started crying).We found mother burrying her head in her hands when she saw Tonie she came hugging him saying she thought Tonie no longer cared about his brother since she had not seen him in the hospital,Tonie assured her that Dave was going to be fine,Dave was still in a comma. We allowed mother to go home and freshen as we stayed looking after Dave.For the next two weeks this became our routine.
