Episode 22
Andrew’s POV:
Love is so strange that sometimes I imagine how people manage to get through with it. I’ve never really been in love with any girl until this strange girl came my way.
She made every boy fall head over heels without a doubt within a short period of time.
But the sad thing is that only one person can have her, with the look of things we all know who it is.
She forgave every thing he did, seeing them together at the hospital tells it all.
“how are you doing?’ he asked.
I scoffed, “I should be asking you that…. As your best friend, you couldn’t tell me
or Romeo anything and you think that’s polite?”
“what should I do when you decided to turn yourself to my rival all these days? I may have done something wrong but at least I deserve a chance. And you know why I do all these things, I needed your support as a friend but you neglected me when I needed you the most. Tell me if that is polite too”
He’s right and I feel so guilty for everything, Gabriel might be a rascal but he’s the best friend anyone could ever have.
He can risk his happiness to make his friends happy, he was always with me when I needed him. He never judges me when I do something wrong rather he’d support me then correct me later when no one is around.
I got so blinded by my jealousy and I judged my friend. I’m a total bad friend. “you’re not a bad friend if that’s what you’re thinking, we’re both wrong and…. ” I hugged him,” I’m sorry”
“I’m sorry too buddy. We can just pretend this never happened” he said.
“and I wasn’t invited? What kind of friends are you?” we heard Romeo’s voice behind us.
We both hugged him laughing, “sorry buddy…. We got carried away”
He scoffed and crossed his arms with his head high pretending to be angry, “yeah you did”
Gabriel pat his back, “come on buddy, let it go… We’re really sorry”
Romeo sighed, “you can’t do without me anyway, how’s the baby doing?”
“the doctor said he’s out of danger for now so we’re waiting for a positive response” Gabriel replied sadly and I feel sorry for him.
I know he’s scared, knowing his son is going through what he went through.
“I believe it’s all good brothers, that baby is strong and will go past this” Romeo said with good faith.
I know little William will survive.
Ella’s POV:
I don’t know what to do with those two, when I get the chance to be with Andrew I will let him know how I feel that my heart belongs to Gabriel.
It only beats for him and only him, it turns out I love him more every passing day. “what are you thinking about Ella? You seem lost ” Daniela asked when she noticed my silence.
those two… Seeing them together always gets me scared, you know this is a hospital and… ”
She smiled,” I understand how you feel bestie but you don’t need to worry, I’m sure they understand that fighting would only bring more problems which shouldn’t be like that in their case. They’re best friends who should never let anything come between them”
I sighed “I wish they could understand it the way you said it” “They will Ella don’t worry” she assured me.
“can I check something online with your phone? I left my phone with my mum and I can’t go there right now” I asked.
She hesitated at first but then gave me covering her face, “I know what you’re gonna say”
I smiled at what I saw, I’m not surprised but rather happy someone as good as Daniela loves Andrew and can make him happy.
“does he know?” I asked curious.
“well… I confessed to him and, that’s it”
“wow. I admire your courage Daniela, I wish I had that kind of courage when facing Gabriel. Things would have been better”
She shook her head, “that’s not true, things are way better now and you two share a special bond. In the end you have him all to yourself, that’s exactly what I call courage”
I hugged her, “I wish I had met you before now, you’re the best friend anyone could ever have. I wish you’d be happy too, you and Andrew deserve it” “you deserve to be happy too bestie ”
I couldn’t stop smiling, even though I’m worried about my baby I’m glad I have
people like them to share my pain with.
Makes me feel less worried.
SKIP TIME.
It’s getting late and our parents insisted we go home while they watch over the baby.
Gabriel’s dad already left for a short business trip and would be back in two days, our friends have gone home too.
I can’t sleep alone in the house so I decided to follow Gabriel to his house which is more like a mansion. It’s so huge.
We got in and met so much employees who all bowed to him, the interior design of
the house is so divine and expensive.
“you like it?” he asked.
“like is an understatement, I love it. I’ve never really been to huge mansions like this… It’s worth it” I replied excited.
He took my hands and led me up to a room which I recognise to be his, “this room is really cool and large”
I sat on his King size bouncy bed, “you must be very tired… We’re going to have dinner soon… I have to quickly shower then I would show you to the guest rooms where you will sleep, can you wait here or would you go downstairs?”
I scoffed, “first… I can’t sleep alone tonight so I’m going to sleep here…” He looks surprised, I ignored him and continued.
“Secondly I am going to wait here for you because I’m not scared of seeing your….
Thing”
His eyes widened, “anything you say ma’am” he shrugged and went into the bathroom.
As soon as he went in, I took off my clothes and underwear.
Yeah I know you’re probably thinking I’m a pushover but I saw him and I know he’s trying hard to control his addiction because of me.
It’s not easy but I’m ready to help him overcome it, I love him.
I entered the bathroom and saw him in the shower, I gently entered and rubbed his back.
He turned shocked to see me and turned off the shower, “what… are you doing here?”
“to take a shower of course” I replied.
He looked at my body then shut his eyes, “please don’t do this again Ella. You know I can’t…”
I shut him up, “I want to help you Gabriel, don’t even think of declining the offer”
“but you’re not ready…. No Ella don’t”
“do you even love me?” I asked..
“how can you say that… You know I do”
“then don’t hesitate”
He smiled and turned on the shower.
