Kizito’s POV
I was in my room chatting with my friends online..
They all look happy to attend the party even festus my best friend,will be attending the party..
I will have to look cute and hot tonight, so that all the ladies won’t be able to take their eyes off me..
Oh I forgot to tell you that I’m 18 years,saphira is 19 while mirabel is 17 and I’m one of those rich kids that hates mingling with the poor ones..
Mum always complains about it but that won’t change me..
“Kizito you’re behaving just like the way your dad did that made me hate him when we first met..No lady in her reasonable sense would like to be with a rude and arrogant man,don’t you understand?”
Mum would always say..
But she is wrong because every lady in my school is dying to have me as their
boyfriend ..
“Kizito!” Saphira called out..
I turned back and was shocked to see her in my room..
“Hello young lady! Don’t you know that you’re supposed to knock before entering a guy’s room” I asked..
“Aww! My little brother is now grown up,he even wants privacy” she scoffed..
“Can you stop calling me little? I’m now a grown up.” I said,showing off my muscles..
“Tsh! My grown up brother is really cute.you know I love you,right?” She said,pouting her lips..
I know those looks! I’m sure she wants something from me..
“What do you want from me?” I asked..
“Huh! Is it bad to spend some time with my brother?” She asked and winked at me..
“Can you stop your drama? I have a party to attend”
“Fine! I need your help to sneak out of the house,I also want to attend my friend’s party”
“What! But mum said you can’t go”
“I know,that’s why I need your help to sneak out” she said..
“No! I can’t do that” I said..
“But why?”
“Because if mum finds out,she will scold me without saying a word to you”
“I won’t let mum scold you,I will take the blame”
“You know mum will never shout at you,I wonder why she loves you more than us”
“You’re wrong,mum loves us all and you know that” she insisted..
“Really! Then watch this” I said and dragged her out by her wrist..
“What are you doing? You’re hurting me” she cried..
I ignored her..
I looked down stairs and saw my parents seated,looks like they are discussing..
I will prove to Saphira that mum loves her more than us..
“Kizito stop it” she cried,still struggling to set herself free from my grip..
But mistakenly she missed a step and fell down rolling down stairs..
“Saphira!!!!!!!!!!!!!” I screamed,trying to catch her..
Saphira’s pov
I was struggling with kizito and I didn’t know when I missed a step and crashed downstairs..
I don’t think I will survive this fall..
I closed my eyes as I kept on rolling,hitting my head on the strong tiles..
After a while,I noticed that I was no longer rolling..
I slowly opened my eyes and to my surprise kizito was carrying me in a bridal style..
How is that possible?
“Thanks” I muttered as he dropped me..
“What happened! How did you slip off the stairs” mum said,rushing towards me..
“I..was..the..” Kizito tried to say but I cut him short..
“I’m sorry mum I was..erm..trying..to..erm..come downstairs and I didn’t know when I missed a step but kizito saved me” I said,covering up for kizito..
I’m sure mum won’t spare him if she finds out what really happened..
“Really! I’m so proud of you my boy..you wanted a phone right? Don’t worry I will get one for you” mum said,beaming with smiles..
“Thanks mum” kizito happily said..
“But how did you manage to catch me within such a small period of time?” I asked with wide opened eyes..
” I don’t know how that happened” he explained..
“Wait! This means that you have the ability to super speed” I exclaimed..
Aww..looks like our pumpkin gave birth to talented kids
But why is kizito behaving like that
