♥ ANA POV ♥

 

I managed to get to the house with the heart break Derrick gave me, I didn’t know that love hurts until I find myself in love with a human being that does not love me back. The joy that filled my heart when Derrick came toy rescue was nothing I can write about, but the unexpected happened when he told me he does not love you me, I feel like the world should end, I felt like everything should end but deep down I wish I can talk to him again cause my love for him is strong.

Derrick finally slept off after a long thought of what he told Ana back then his heart was not stable, he felt like calling her again to apologize and tell her the truth,

 

 

he felt guilty for telling her she hates her but he has to be a man for once. Derrick slept off with the thought of making up to Ana since the next day is Saturday.

The sun appeared on the sky so bright and beautiful, the early morning breeze began blowing carrying dead leaves around the environment, birds of the sky began offering their Thanksgiving of praise to God by chirping in all the corners of tbe earth including the domestic animals too. Ana woke up yawning and stretching, she felt her temperature so hot, her head was as if she’s carrying the whole world on her head due to the headache she had just that morning she was as the result of what happened the previous night. She stood up from the bed, opened her drawer, she brought out a nylon full Witt drugs,placed on the bed and returned to the bathroom to brush her teeth before taking the drugs.

Rose has not heard from Ana since the previous day, just as she wanted to call her, she saw her call in her phone which she picked it on the third beep.

 

“Hello Ana ”

 

“Yeah Rose good morning “she said with her tiny but romantic voice

 

“What is happening, why is your voice like that what happened? ” Rose asked like a caring mother to her sick daughter

 

“Can you just come over after you are done with you stuffs “? Ana pleaded

 

“Sure I will try ”

 

“Thanks then, bye till then “she said and ended the call, she sighed and threw the phone to the bed.

“Patricia get me a cup of coffee now ” Mike said to her as she left almost running immediately to carry out the order being given, the temperature was so cool out there added to the AC in the house, Mike sat comfortably in the sitting relaxing on the couch since it was weekend and he has nowhere to go in the morning, his cute and handsome face kept smiling when his team played so well in the pitch on the TV he was watching. Mr Ellison walked out of his room also and stood behind Mike without his knowledge, he asking likes watching football especially when Manchester United plays which is his team. Patricia finally came out from the kitchen with what she was told to bring, she dropped it on the glass table before Mike who carried it Just immediately.

 

“Hey wait ! He said to Patricia who tried to walk away

 

Mike finally tasted the coffee and frown immediately as he spit the contents on Patricia’s face standing up in anger he walked to her without knowing the father is behind him.

 

“Is this how your own coffee always taste? A shameless thing like you to be always offering me what I don’t like? He landed a hot slap on Patricia’s face as tbe sound echoed in the building, he turned immediately to walked back to his seat but his own welcome slap by Mr Ellison made the whole house to rejoice because the sound of the slap was just too much. Mike held his cheek in pain.

 

“Dad you slapped me because of this thing “? He pointed to Patricia who was already crying

 

“How many times have I warned you not to lay hands on any of them here? I employed them all not you, so respect yourself, just complain their mistake to them, don’t lay your hands on them ” Mr Ellison said like a gentle man. The wife who overheard what happened from her room quickly came out in a hurry like ajebo.

 

Can you tell me what is happening Witt this so called Patricia? Just tell why she is so special to you that made you slap our son ” Mrs Ellison said in anger walking to Patricia who withdrew back in fear.

 

 

“My rules in this house stands, nobody lays hand on anyone ” he said and walked away while the wife grabbed Patricia and gave her the most painful beating of her life.

The day was really running off, looking at the time in every corner, it was 12:54pm as the sun began shinning so high high. Ana sat outside washing some of her dirty clothes since she wasn’t doing anything yet for the day, just then rose walked in from the gate looking so extremely beautiful in her dress, Ana looked up to see her smiling as usual.

 

“Hey babe ” Rose called sitting down next to her

 

“You look cute and beautiful ” Ana said

 

“Thanks dear, but what’s the matter with you. You sounded so worried on phone ” Rose said while Ana kept mute looking at tbe clothes she was washing. Her heart rate began racing fast then usual, her mine was contemplating on what to say.

 

“Rose? She called

 

“Yeah”

 

“Is it possible for a girl to fall for a guy but does not admit it “? She asked playing with her finger while Rose smiled cause definitely she knew that this question will come out one day.

“I don’t know but I really love him so bad that I can’t stop thinking of him ” she replied

 

“Who’s this guy “? Rose asked

 

“Its Derrick ”

Derrick was feeling guilty that hot afternoon for denying his feelings for Ana what if he joked with that and eventually loose her tk another person what will he do. He was battling with the thought he wasn’t ready to loose her to anyone cause he loves her too. “What do I do now “? Ana asked feeling her heart beat increasing

“But he doesn’t love me back ” Ana said bitterly while Rose sighed

“He told me that he hates me ” She Said while Rose smiled knowing the meaning of what Derrick Said.

 

“Okay for…. She didn’t complete her speech when a knock sounded on the door,

 

they all kept mute as the knock came again, Rose looked at Ana jn the eye that says we’re you expecting someone?

 

She slowly walked to the door, grabbed it open and her heart almost failed her due to who she saw. There was Derrick standing before with his hands in his pockets, she couldn’t say anything nor do anything she just stood there.

 

“Who’s it “? Rose asked her but she said nothing

 

She stkod there for a while before she finally summoned courage to talk.

 

“What are you doing here “? She asked Derick boldly

 

“It’s you I want “he replied

 

 

“Get out from here ” she said in anger

 

“Okay ” Derrick replied but started walking towards her as her heart skipped, she stood still without moving. Derrick finally got to where she stood leaned closer and kissed her deeply on the lips while she just stood there watching him without saying anything nor deepening the kiss, Derrick finally let go of her lips without saying anything as he walked to the door and Ana kept watching him.

 

He grabbed the door knob about to twist it while Ana shouted.

 

“Hey wait” Ana shouted .
