SHORT SUMMARY
Kira was raped she developed depression and PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder)
She became disassociated and androphobic She would usually zone out at work and school
She began to take anti depressant expensive ones at that
On the other hand, David had sold all the property he had left Stella cajoled him to do so
Stella left him after all the money finished
She left him to be wallowing in his own world of fun, poverty
Remember the friend Kyle met at the club and they became close friends? He is Daniel a son to Stella
Let’s pause that first▶
Kyle worked several jobs so they would be able to feed and cater for the family and still buy Kira’s medication
He tried his best to cheer Kira up so could be able to come out of her shell
⏩YEARS LATER⏩
Kira and Kyle are in college
Kira meets a guy called Ashton
Ashton changed Kira’s life
She came out of depression, she began to associate with people, she became lively in short, the old Kira was back!
Kyle and Carly were happy with the sudden change in Kira’s attitude Meanwhile Daniel has already found out that his mother is the cause of the split between his best friend’s parents
He becomes enraged and quarrelled with his mother
Scared to talk about it to Kyle, he lived in guilt for weeks until Kyle found out himself which brought out a long quarrel and fight between
They later settled and come back together with Kira and Carly’s intervention Ashton and Kira’s relationship blossoms

⏩Few Years Later⏩
Kira graduates from with struggles as a doctor and Kyle as a business administrator with Kendrick and Kayla doing well in their respective areas
With the help of Kyle and Ashton she was able to set up her own hospital which in turn became one of the best hospitals in New York Kyle developed his own business conglomerate
David was driven out of his house
Stella used his house as a collateral to obtain loan
David relocated with few of his belongings to the countryside and took a job at a nearby waste management site
David finds a newspaper with an article about the top richest people in New York city
Kyle was number 2!
Kira was number 5!
David cried throughout the night regretting what he had done to Carly and his kids
Kyle was on a philanthropic trip to a hospital to pay some less privileges bill
He paid the bill of everyone in ward 17 without knowing his father was a patient in there

David was diagnosed of kidney failure and was admitted into the hospital for weeks without proper treatment because the hospital bills were not footed Kyle on the hand wanted to see the patients he had paid their bills for He gets to patient 7 he was shocked to meet his father
David who was at the verge of death pleaded for mercy
Kyle who has a heart of gold quickly ordered that he should be booked for a surgery immediately
Kyle got home and told his family about his encounter with their father Kira who hates to hear the name of her father climbs upstairs to her room. Remembering what her father had caused for her she cried in her room Kyle came to comfort her
She had forgiven him in her heart but she finds it hard to look at him in the face

The next day
The surgery had already be performed on David he had been moved to a normal ward
Out of the blues kyle and Carly and the rest except Kira came to visit him
He cried and begged for forgiveness
They all forgave him
Soon they were joking and laughing like the happy family they used to be
He looked around and suddenly became sad
The family wasn’t complete
Kira was there
He sobbed in his heart knowing that his daughter I can never forgive him for what he did
“My golden daddy” he heard the voice he had yearned for, for long “Daddy’s babe” he smiled out tears Kira runs to hug him
What a family reunion !
