Stephen: It’s a shame what happened happened but I want to ensure you are okay whatever you decide to do henceforth.

 

As much as I hate to say this, I still love you and you are still the mother of the best thing that has happened to me in life.

 

I would want you to maintain the standard of living you’ve always had. So what are your plans?

 

Stacy: I’ll be fine. I would have wanted to have custody of Steph but I don’t want to fight you over her.

 

You are a great dad and I can’t take that away from you. I have no doubt you will take proper care of her.

 

However, I’ll like to have her over every weekend.

 

Stephen: Sure. I promise you she’ll be well taken care of by myself. As soon as you leave, the house help leaves too. I want to look after her myself.

 

Stacy: would that not be too much for you combing childcare and work?

 

Stephen: Not at all. And yes, you can have her weekends. You still haven’t told me how you’ll be able to keep up since you are currently unemployed..

 

Stacy: I got two job offers yesterday and I’ve accepted one. A house agent friend of mine was also able to get me a very nice accommodation close to my work place. So I’ll be fine

 

Stephen: phew! This is not happening, is it! Stacy, the five million in our joint account is yours okay?

 

 

Stacy: Why? That’s not fair. We should share it. Afterall, you own more than sixty percent of it.

 

Stephen: It doesn’t matter. I think you need it more. You can also keep the Camry.

another job and can’t go from here because it’s too far, so you got a house closer to

Stephen: Steph, mummy will not be living with us anymore. She got a job very far away so we got her a house closer to her work place. But you will be seeing her every weekend.

 

Stehapnie: Okay.

 

Stephen: Is that okay?

 

Stephanie: No

Stephanie: She can work where you work or she can work in our house upstairs

 

Stacy: (struggling to hide her tears) there’s no job upstairs, darling.

 

Stephanie: But dad always says he is going upstairs to work!
