“Um Ann I intend to make you happy tonight but you are spoiling the show for me” Max pouted as Ann tried to kiss him.

 

“You can make me happy like this you know” she smiled.

 

“No babe, sex can’t make you happy, happiness is within and what am going to do to you tonight you not gonna forget it” he smiled at her.

 

“Huh what?” She purrs.

 

“Just don’t worry am gonna surprise you babe” he said pecking her lips.

 

“Huh” she exclaimed standing up from him.

 

“Am coming” he said walking towards the door, he opened the door and walked out.

 

“Bro where you dea naw, you wan spoil show for me?” He said to the phone. “Abeg shut up watin you know, who says Nigerian guys can’t be romantic? Free me joor, you better bring the stuff here idiot” he snapped.

 

“Sweet what are you holding?” She asked when he walked back inside the room.

 

“Suprise,suprise” he exclaimed opening the box.

 

“What the hell is this?” She asked.

 

 

“Huh don’t be boring ok I will show you, first what song do you want to listen to?” He asked.

She took the mic and Max played the music as she sang and dance to the music.

“Oh babe stop,am sorry there supposed to be alcohol just to spice everything up”.

 

“Ok” she said drowning the content of the cup he gave to her.

“Are you okay?” He asked for the umpteenth time on their way to her grandmother’s house.

 

“I guess” she shrugged.

 

 

“Mum Ann is here be ready to tell us the truth” Bella said walking out to receive Ann by the door.

 

“How you doing Max thanks for taking care of my sister” Bella Said taking Ann inside.

 

“See you later Max” she said softly before walking into the house.

 

“Anabelle” Patricia called softly.

 

“Mum” Ann stood looking at her sadly.

 

“Mum who am I ?” She asked.

 

“Sweet am sorry for lying to to the both of you, my children come and sit with me” Patricia said suddenly looking more older than her age.

 

They both sat down reluctantly.

 

“We met at an accident scene, your parents are involved in the accident” she informed.

 

“What?” They both exclaimed.

 

“Yes” Richard replied walking into the sitting room with their granny at his heel.

 

“We are the only ones that was able to spot you admist all chaos, we came back from the states to check up on your granny and on our way to the airport we decided to visit the beach before we move to the airport when we found you” Richard explained.

 

“When we carried you to our car you passed out and when you finally woke up, you woke up with am empty memory we didn’t know what to do,we can’t take you with us with out knowing who you are but we decided to stay for three month if any one will file for a missing child but none came coming so we adopted you and took you along with us to the state” Patricia explained.

 

 

“But mum why did you lie to me that she was with our granny?”. Bella asked quizzically.

 

“Am sorry sweetie I don’t want you to treat her differently I want you to love her like a true siblings would and sharing that huge details with you will spoil everything” Richard replied.

 

“But dad mum am trying to get something, you treat me better than her am like your favorite child?”.

 

“Ann” Patricia smiled “I and your dad fell in love with the day we set our eyes on you, you are like a bundle of joy looking so innocent and sweet” Patricia said earning a smile from Ann.

 

“Mum dad adopted or not, I love you both my biological parents wouldn’t have treated me better than you do” she said standing up to hug Richard and Bella joined them including granny and their mum.

 

“Bella” Ann called “you are the best sister I ever had I love you so much” she said while hugging Bella.

 

“What about us?” Patricia and Richard chorus.

 

“I love you both” Ann said kissing their cheeks.

 

“Admist all reconciliation although no one is fighting you left the most important part of the gist” Granny said while Patricia and Richard shifted uncomfortably on their seats.

 

“You are the lost princess of our land” granny announced.

 

“What?” Both Bella and Ann yelled with their jaws dropping on the ground.

 

“Yes that’s the gist” grandma shrugged.

 

“But wait how come?”.

 

 

“You know we are all curious to know the content of your dream”

 

“Yes” she replied.

 

“It was the dibia that revealed it to us and he said we must bring you along with us today”.

 

“Wow” Bella clapped “princess of this land that is so huge”.

 

“You can say that again” Ann muttered

“Hell no” she yelled “I will pass” she said walking into her room.

The four of them got to the dibia house and Ann was wowed, she was expecting to see a scary looking house but she was suprised the so called dibia house had all facilities and it was so beautiful.

 

They were ushered into the consultation room and while they waited for the dibia Ann couldn’t help but looking around the room that she didn’t know when someone came into the room and the person was staring intently at her.

 

She later bring her self back to the present and she was met with a scrutinizing eyes

 

 

“You!” She screamed in fright and horror while shaking her head “This isn’t real” she screamed again while holding her head.
