❌Kyle’s POV❌
“No but it’s only a matter of time. Soon, Violet will be in my bed and once I’m done with her, I might consider giving her to you guys. ” I said to them with a smirk on my face which was completely wiped off when a familiar voice said behind me angrily…
“You have got to be kidding me! ”
“Dylan! ” I exclaimed as our eyes met. He had a furious look in his eyes that honestly scared the life out of me as he walked towards me.
“So that was your plan all along? You’ve been playing with Violet’s feelings just like that bastard Aaron. You’re a moron Kyle and you don’t deserve Violet! Stay away from her! ” He said with all seriousness to me before walking out of the room.
“So…what are you going to do? ” Xander asked after Dylan left.
“Win the bet. That’s what. ” I replied with all seriousness.
Nothing was going to stop me from having Violet in my bed no matter what.

Violet’s POV
After leaving the locker room, I went to class and sat by myself quietly until the teacher arrived. Once he did, class started in earnest.
“Miss Hill, would you mind solving this question for us? ”
“No problem Sir.” I replied only to realize that I was stuck. I couldn’t stand up at all.
Another obvious prank! Glue!
“Miss Hill, we’re waiting! ”
“I’m stuck! ”
“What do you mean you’re stuck!? ” Three teacher asked coming closer to me.
“Someone put glue all over my seat and now I can’t move. ”
“I see that. What’s this? ” He asked grabbing some a rope and yanking it.
My locker opened all of a sudden and a whitish substance exploded all over me. It wasn’t enough to trigger my asthma but for whatever reason, few seconds after the powder got all over me, my body began to itch me terribly and since I was glued in place, I couldn’t scratch my body.
Instead I was stuck with twitching uncontrollably as the itching became unbearable.
The whole class was already in stitches while the teacher tried to get me off the chair with glue remover.
He was able to and once I got free, I began itching my body like a lunatic. I tried to control myself but I just couldn’t help it. By the time, the school
nurse arrived, my skin was red and already bleeding in several places. That however didn’t stop me from itching.
“Violet, stop itching! You’re only hurting yourself. ” The nurse was saying.
“But I can’t stop! ” I cried back as I impatiently waited for her to attend to me.
She sighed and brought out an ointment which she used to rub my skin. In a few minutes, the itching had subsided and I soon closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep, while wondering what happened.

I woke up a while later to find Dylan staring at me with a concerned look in his eyes.
“Hey Vi! ” He said once he noticed I was awake.
“Hey.”
“How are you doing? ”
“I’m fine. ”
“What happened anyway? ”
“I dunno. It was a silly prank I guess. ”
“This looks more than a silly prank. Someone planned for itching powder to explode all over you and it’s not just any itching powder. The person,
whoever it was, used one of the most powerful itching powder in the world. If the nurse hadn’t arrived on time, you could have peeled your skin off. ”
“Really? ”
“Yeah….. So Violet? ”
“Yes.”
“I want to talk to you about… It’s about Kyle! ”
I sighed.
“What about Kyle?”
“Do you love him? ”
“Look if it’s about that picture, you have nothing to worry about. It was a mistake. I have no feelings for Kyle. ”
“Really? ”
“Yeah.”
“You sure? ”
“Yes I’m sure Dylan. What did you want to ask anyway? ”
“It was nothing. Nothing at all. ” He said with a smile.
“You hungry? ”
“Yes please. ”
“Okay. I’ll go get you something then. ” He said with a smile and left.
Once he did, I was left with my thoughts.
Did I really not have any feelings for Kyle? To have them would mean that I loved him and I no longer believe in love…right?
Gosh! This is so confusing. I shouldn’t be falling in love with anyone especially not after what Aaron did to me. It just doesn’t make sense. Love and I don’t go together. I know that…at least I think I do.
Geez! Why is life so confusing?
“Ding! ” My phone rang signifying that a message had dropped. I reached out to grab the phone and clicked on the message. What I saw sent shivers down my spine.
It read “Since you can’t seem to stay away from Kyle, how’s your skin healing? Better be careful so next time, it’s not acid *wink* . Beware! This was just the tip of the iceberg.”
I’d barely read through it when Kyle appeared at the door.
“Hey Violet! ”
I gulped as I looked at him and back at the text, unsure of what to do.
Who’s after me and what do I do now?

It wasn’t supposed to end here but my phone is kinda misbehaving right now.
