~LISA~
“Lisa he’s not breathing!”
“Lisa what are we gonna do now? I’m so scared I don’t wanna us to go to jail”
“No one is going to jail.Just go to the car and wait for me there”
“Ok”She left the club frightened.
I quickly cleaned up the broken bottle cause it had my prints on it.
I would have left fred to die but I didn’t.He’s human and he desrves a second chance.
I called an ambulance immediately.Since the club has no cameras it was a smooth escape.
I hurried out of the club and hopped into Nora’s car.
“I already called an ambulance but we need to get out of here”
“Thanks Lisa for saving me back there”
“You can thank me later”I start the engine and drove out.After a long drive we finally arrived home.
“Good night Lisa”Nora staggered to her room.
~NORA~
I open my eyes slowly as rays on sunlight greeted them.I had a headache and I felt the urge to vomit.I ran to the bathroom and vomited the reminants of alcohol in my system.
I wash and brush my mouths as I reminisce about yesterdays event.In as much as I hate Fred I wouldn’t want him to die.
I turn on the shower and let it run down my body.It helped sooth the headache I had.My mind drifted to Kia.I feel completely empty without him.
He lights up my world and I’m not gonna let him go just like that.I intend to get him back
I dry my body with a towel and step out of the bathroom as I applied a body lotion on my body.
I put on a T-shirt and shorts.I met Lisa in the dinning.I guess she just finished eating cause the dishes were still visible.
“Hey Nora.Slept well?”
“Yeah I guess.What about Fred?”
“He’s fine.The idiot woke up this morning and doesn’t remember anything about yesterdays event.I over heard the doctor saying that the alcohol and the shock severed his short term memory.I’m not a fan of biology but I guess it just saved our ass”
“He got what he deserve.That idiot almost raped me.Thanks Lisa I owe you one”I hugged her tight.
“Awwn I’m I left out”Angel squeal.
“no.Come join us”She joined in the group hug.I really love my friends.

“Nora I need to tell something?”Angel said.We were in my room Lisa went out to get some groceries.
“What is it?”
“You wanna know how Lisa and I met?”
“Yeah.I guess you guys have known each other for long”
“Yeah Lisa and I met in high school.I was timid girl back then and I attracted bullies.There was no dat that passed that I didn’t get bullied”
“When Lisa came into the school.She stood by me and beat up all my bullies.She taught me how to fight for myself.I wasn’t the timid girl again and all the bullying stopped.Since then we became friends”
“What Lisa did was brave”
“Yeah what I wanna say in essence is That Lisa is willing to fight for those who she calls friends just like what she did for you and I”
“I’m happy to call you guys my friend”
“You should also learn from Lisa.Fight for Kia Nora.Explain every thing to him and I know he’s gonna listen”
“Thanks Angel”I hugged her tight.

~KIA~
The more I think about it the more it hurts.How could Nora do that?I thought she said she loved me.Why would she betray me?
I felt so void without her.I love her so much but she hurt me.
“Nora why?”I yelled smashing the bottle of alcohol on the ground.
Blood gushed out from my hand as I sobbed.
“Kia! Kia open up”That was mom
I opened the door and mom walked in.
“Kia you’re bleeding”She ran to get the first aid box.She treated my wound and bandage it.
“Kia what’s wrong? You’ve been like this since yesterday”
“Mom she betrayed me”
“Who betrayed you?”
“Nora”
“How did that happen?”
“She kissed a guy in school…I have reasons to believe she’s cheating on me”
“She kissed a guy in school? Can you listen to yourself? Did you bother to ask her why she did that.Kia you don’t just jump into unfounded assumptions.”
“The guy said…”
“Forget about what the guy said.She hot guys will definitely want her but not with you in the way.Go set things right between you and your girlfriend.Your relationship lacks trust Kia.You should learn to trust your partner”With that she left.
She was right I didn’t give Nora the chance to explain.I just let jealousy becloud my reasoning.I just screwed things up.
~NORA~
The door to Kia’s room was open.I entered the room he was combing his hair with his hands probably thinking.
How am I gonna start? What if he doesn’t listen to me?.
His eyes immediately met mine and that made me freeze.Surprising he smiled at me.I least expected that from him I thought he was mad at me.
“Nora.Come here”I ran to hug him as he lifted me up and kissed me at once.I returned the kiss as my hands dig through his hair.
“Kia I’m sorry.Fred forced me into that kiss and he lied to you cause wanted me but I refused.Please believ…
“I believe you Nora.Living without you has been hell for me.I love you Nora.I’m sorry for not trusting you and for leaving you.
“I love you too Kia”he smiles and slowly takes my lips in his.
