“I did it Steph” Jes said with excitement written all over her face.

“Did what?’ I asked curiously

“What adults do to make babies” she said.

There was disgust written all over my face,” What do you mean Jessica! Why would you even do that. We promised each other to keep our virginities till we got married! Did you really love him that much?!”

“C’mon syey! Some promises are meant to be broken. I trust him and I love him a lot” Jessica said innocently.

I should be blamed shouldn’t I? I knew about all the shitty things Fred had done

but I still kept it from my best friend.

“Did he use protection?” I asked Jes

“Yes of course,he was very gentle too” she said smiling.

“Jessica you love him a lot don’t you?”

She nodded.

You sure he loves you too? I see that there’s only one person putting in so much effort into this relationship making it one sided. You should realize when you’re being played and…”Jes cut me short.

“Stop it Stephanie! You know what? I think you’re envious of my relationship because you’ve never had any. You love Jeffrey so much but he’s not coming back for you so you can wait till your menopause”

“Mind what you say to me Jessy” I said with tears swelling up in my eyes but she continued

I know you’re just faking whatever you claim to have with Williams so please find someone and get on with your life bitch! Now get out of my house please” I wiped my tears and left.

I got to my house and went up straight to my room and cried. Williams called but I ignored his calls dropping a message

I’m busy now, I’ll call you some other time”

I wiped my tears and went downstairs for dinner.

*Susan’s POV*

I was tired from the days work and was playing on keavi, after all I was my own boss so I could have my secretary lock up. I was packing my things when I got a call from the receptionist

“Hello ma’am! There’s some one here to see you” he said.

Who could be coming at this odd time,Oh! Who’s that?” I asked “It’s a Miss Sarah Benson” she replied “Oh! Please let her in”.

Hi ma” Sarah said innocently as she walked in.

“Please have a seat Sarah! How are you?”

“I’m good , your place is really nice! It looks so wow!”

We talked for a while and then i made her tell me about our relationship status.

“You mean you’re single?” I asked her surprisingly.

“Yes ma,I have a lot of suitors coming around but I just don’t want them. I want someone I’m compatible with and someone who loves me”. She said confidently. “Don’t you think the ones who love is cause us much pain?”

Well ma, no matter what a person should never be asked or forced to marry someone. It doesn’t always end up well”

That’s good ” I reasoned

“How about Stephanie and Benjamin?” She asked

“They’re fine! But Ben was feeling sick, I’m worried about him”

“I think he’ll be fine. He can take care of himself so don’t worry much about him” “Yeah you’re right my dear, I was actually on my way home before you came so..” She interrupted

“Oh! It’s actually late sorry about that. Let’s leave then”
