Morning Ella ” Jeanne said as I entered into the building.

Morning Jeanne ” I smiled at her ! I really don’t want to start a conversation right now . I’m 30minutes late and I’m sure that stunt of a boss will query me .

Uhmm, Ella please can we hang out in the evening after work ? ” She requested nervously, I could have turned her down but this is the first time she’s asking for this …

Fine we will but right now I’m late and you know how our cocky boss will react if I get there so see you during lunch J” I waved at her and quickly pressed the elevator.

I dropped my bag on my desk and straight to get coffee for Mr boss .

Is this the time you suppose to bring my coffee?” He asked immediately I entered his office..

I’m sorry sir I couldn’t get a cab on time” well that’s a actual like because the real reason was that I woke up late but I can’t tell him that.

Poor thing, now drop the coffee and sit down” he ordered while i did exactly as he said thou I don’t know the reason he’s telling me to sit.

Here sign this and don’t bother opening it , that should be after you have signed”

I’m sorry sir but i can’t sign what i don’t have the clue of the content” I replied stubbornly while his face changed to that of anger..

I took a pen and signed on the paper, i looked at him who was smirking. I feel like wiping off the stupid smirk from his face right now..

I opened the paper and..

“I ELLA CARTER HAVE SOLEMNLY AGREED TO WORK AS THE SECRETARY IN EMMETT AND CO FOR NOT LESS THAN THREE YEARS AND FOR MR REED IN PARTICULAR” My heart chattered as I finish reading it.
