“I don’t know Grandfather, but this is the safest place I can stay now.” Peter answered.
“If you know what is good for you, you better get back here before this day comes
to an end” grandfather said.
“I will come grandpa”
“Good”
Peter then ended the call. He then called his office phone wishing someone would pick it up. Fortunately, his friend picked up. “Hello, it’s me Peter”
“Peter where the hell are you? The boss has been calling your phone and you are not picking it up.”
“It’s a long story. Can I talk to the boss?”
“Okay sure”
“Give him this line am using”
Peter talked to the boss and asked for a day off to sort out his family chalade. The boss in turn gave him three days off.
Tamarah finished taking a shower and wore something descent as she came to the living room.
“Peter, go and take a bath” she said.
“I have bathed already.”
“A lot has happened to your body. You need to bath again.”
“Even if I bath, as if there are clothes I can wear”
“Am going to get some for you in town. I will be back shortly.”
“Okay,”
“You can use the bathroom in my room. I haven’t used the spare room for a while.”
“Okay,”
Tamarah got out and drove off in town to get some clothes for Peter. She went to a boutique and got two pairs of trousers, two golf t-shirts, a vest, a boxer, some male sandals and a leather jacket. She then got in her car driving back.
“I don’t know what I have landed myself into now. I hope things will stabilize between them” she thought as she drove.

Back at home, Peter went to Tamarah’s room after she left. He didn’t know what had come into him but he was very free entering the room. He quickly for into the bath tub which had well prepared water already. There was soapy foam on top of the water which made it difficult to see what someone when sitted in it. Peter sat in the tub as he went deep into thoughts.
“So, how will I convince her that there was nothing going on? That compromising position was just too much. And why on Earth did she scream?” He thought within himself.
He was there enjoying the warmth of the water in the bathtub.
Tamarah then came back. She knocked on the door.
“Come in” he said.
Tamarah then entered and found him still in the bathtub.
“Why did you even knock?” He asked.
“For privacy”
“Which privacy? Haven’t you seen everything already on me?”
“That was accidental. Anyway I got you these clothes. I hope you will like them”
“Like them? I don’t have to like them, what is important is i have clothes”
“Get dressed, you will find me in the kitchen”
“Okay”
Tamarah left the room and went to the kitchen to prepare something foe them to eat.
Peter was still seated there and he felt like farting. He let out a fart still in the water. The fart made the water to bubble. He laughed then got out of the water and pulled the drain plug to let the water out of the tub.
He wiped the water off his body and started getting dressed. When he was done getting dressed that’s when he applied lotion to the remaining parts not covered with clothes.
He then went to where Tamarah was. He found her doing some final touches to
what she was preparing. He stood there looking at her without saying anything.
“Oh my gosh! You scared me. I didn’t hear when you got here” she said after
seeing him standing at the door.
“Oh sorry”
“Wow. You are looking so handsome. I guess I have a great choice of clothes.”
“Yeah you have. I am grateful for the clothes. Thank you.”
“Oh we are family. Anytime.” She said going to give him a hug. They were sitted at the dining table eating their food. “Tamarah, i still have one question in me” “Okay”
“Why did you scream?”
“Oh that. I was plugging my phone charger on the socket and I was shocked. That’s
why I screamed”
“Oh okay”
“Yes. And am really sorry for the mess i have led you into. If I didn’t come to your place, this wouldn’t have happened. I am sorry.”
“It’s okay. It’s not your fault. It’s her fault that she judged before getting the real truth.”
“So what are you going to do now?”
“I really don’t know but I have to go to grandfather’s place.”
“I told you we should go there.”
“In that Adam’s suit i was in? You must be kidding”
“So will you board a bus?”
“You will take me there”
“I am supposed to report for work tomorrow. I can’t risk going back there.”
“You are the bone of contention in this whole matter. You need to be there”
“Me? For what?”
“You will need to tell your side of the story”
They went on deliberating until when they came to terms of going back together.
“Let’s finish eating we go back” he said.

The aunt to Fostinah got home half an hour later after she called her. She found her sitted in the living room crying.
“My dear, what’s wrong?” Asked the aunt.
Fostinah explained everything that happened from finding them in a compromising situation to running away together.
“I don’t know what I can do to stop him from cheating” Fostinah lamented. “Am so sorry to hear this my dear. It’s so foolish of him to act that way. But are you really sure that he is going out with her?”
“I found them ready to do it. What more proof would I need?”
“Am just saying because there are some issues which could have led to that.
Chances are there it was an accident”
“I will never buy that explanation.”
“Okay, listen to me. We will have to find out nicely what really transpired. Nothing can be hidden under the sun. After finding out the truth, we can then make a decision.”
“Meaning what am telling you is a lie?”
“It can be the truth but it’s one sided.”
“I have already made up my decision.”
“Which is?”
“Divorce. I want to divorce him. I can’t go on in this marriage anymore. He has cheated on me with a lot of ladies, my sister and his cousin inclusive.”
“It has not yet come to that. Divorce is not the best solution. It just ends up destroying things. You can opt for that if living with him is dangerous to your life or when he doesn’t want to live with you anymore.” “He is a danger already. He may bring diseases for me.”
“Okay, listen, I will tell your uncle’s and they will tell us how to handle this issue.” The aunt got her phone and called the uncle’s of Fostinah. She explained the situation to them. They then decided to meet with Fostinah and in the evening.
The uncle’s then decided to invite the parents to Peter, Peter and Tamarah to meet at Fostinahs place on that evening to sort out the issue.

Tamarah and Peter got to Grandpa’s place around 11 hours in the morning. Tamarah went inside the house while Peter joined his grandfather under the shade. “Your uncle-in-law called me. He said we should go to your house this evening we talk about this issue.”
“Okay, together with Tamarah?”
“Of course with her.”
“So now tell me the truth before I go and make a monkey out of myself there.
What really happened?” Asked grandfather.
