Continuation From the Last Episode:

 

“She did what!?” King Draken demanded not believing what he just heard.

 

“She sacrificed her father for more powers my love.” Lora repeated herself again.

 

“Why would she sacrifice her father for power?” King Darken asked.

 

“To defeat River, Beauty wants the throne and she wants her mate to rule all supernatural.” Lora explained.

 

“That is impossible, I want to rule, I want to be the one who sits on the Millennium throne not anyone else.” King Darken said.

 

 

“And you will, my love.” Lora said in assurance. “You will be the one who will rule all the whole supernatural.” She added.

 

“Then why are you telling me to join hands with Beauty to fight River when you know she wants the throne for herself?” King Darken queried.

 

“You don’t need to worry about that my love, you will have to pretend you don’t want the throne and tell Beauty she is the one who ought to sit on the throne, not River. Then you pledge your allegiance to her, trusting you, she will tell all her next moves and once she kills River, we kill her.” Lora told her mate, smiling.

 

“What if she knows about our plan? You just said she sacrificed her father to Cretin, what if she knows our next moves?” King Darken asked.

 

“She won’t know our next move, she will be blinded with rage over River and all her focus will be on her, and even if she doesn’t know our plan, I am here with you and I will do everything in my power to protect you my love.” Lora answered.

 

“I still do not like this idea Lora, I have a feeling it won’t end well like we had thought, why don’t we just focus on killing River and then Beauty.” King Darken suggested.

 

“In as much as I hate to admit it, River is a strong girl and every strong person has a weakness-”

 

Interrupted her, “Then let’s use Tyler against her Lora, they are mates and he is her weakness.”

 

“Weren’t you paying attention when she said Tyler is no longer her mate, he rejected her at his birthday party when she was still putting on her disguise.” Lora reminded her mate.

 

“That’s true, ” King Darken said and a thought suddenly came to him. “Then we should use the one she had claimed as her mate to weaken her.” He added remembering the young man who had sat next to River.

 

“Capturing the young man will be very hard, my love.” Lora told him.

 

“And why is that? Did you not see his clothes he wore? He is a servant and works for King Lucas. There is nothing special about him, he is just a mere wolf boy who just found favour in the eyes of River.” King Darken said dismissively of Royal.

 

“There is something fishy about him, my love, I tried to see if anything would show up when I tried to see into the past but, nothing showed up, it was blank. To my own thinking, we should be very careful of him, I don’t know but he seems more dangerous than River.” Lora told her mate.

 

“That mere servant wolf boy? I don’t think so.” King Darken said in an unbelievable manner.

 

“Don’t underestimate someone my love, River saw something in him that is why she chose him immediately Tyler rejected her. Haven’t you wondered why she didn’t wait for days to pass before she gets over her mate? That is what rejected mates do but in her own case, she was quick to make that ‘Mere servant Wolf boy’ her mate a few hours of her rejection.” Lora told him, still smiling.

 

“Same thing Tyler did with Beauty, he chose her over River, right?”

 

“Tyler is different, I have never misled you before and I won’t now, we should avoid that ‘Mere servant Wolf’ as you had called him and focus on River and Beauty. Beauty will help us to do the work and we will eliminate her once everything is over.” Lora responded.

 

“If you are sure that it will work out in my favor, then I will see Beauty and discuss my alliance with her.” King Darken said after thinking for a few minutes. As far his mate has given him a go ahead, then he will do as she says. Lora is always right and has never failed him before. Once again, he blessed the day he saw her and they became mates.

 

“You won’t regret it my love, trust me.” Lora said. A dark portal appeared behind her. “I will have to go now my love, I will be back soon.” She added, turn around and enter the portal which closes behind her.

 

“Before the day ends, I will pay Beauty a visit.” King Darken said to himself.

Wolfe Crimson Kingdom:

 

King Lucas was at the door of his son’s chamber and knocked on it.

 

He ignores the greetings of the guards stationed there as he waits for his son to say ‘Come in’ or he opens the door.

 

“Come in father, the door isn’t locked.” Tyler’s voice was heard behind the closed door and King Lucas opened the door and entered.

 

He was surprised when he saw Beauty and it didn’t fail to show on his face.

 

“Beauty, what are you doing here?” King Lucas asked and the surprise didn’t fail to show in his question.

 

“I came here to see my mate, father-in-law or am I not welcome here anymore?” Beauty asked.

 

“You are welcome here Beauty, just wasn’t expecting to see you here.” King Lucas responded. “I came here to see my son.” He added after a few moments of silence.

 

“To see me? What for?” Tyler demanded.

 

“For us to go to Beauty kingdom and discuss the matter on ground.” King Lucas responded. “And thank goodness Beauty is here, making the journey less.”

 

“I was just telling your son that he will still sit on the throne and not River.” Beauty told him.

 

“Are you sure he will sit on that throne, Beauty?” King Lucas asked. He wants his son to be the one who sits on the throne even if it means going on his knees to beg River to accept his son as her mate once again.

 

 

“He will or are you now doubting my powers?” Beauty voice was heard making King Lucas stare at her.

 

“No no not that, I just wanted to be sure so I can assure my son who has been worried sick to calm down.” King Lucas defended his statement using his son as an excuse.

 

“That is what I have been telling Tyler before you interrupted our conversation.” Beauty said.

 

“Okay Beauty, ehm, where is your father? He did not come with you?” King Lucas asked. “We need to sit and discuss the matter on the ground, all of us.” He added.

 

“He is not coming, my mother had sent for him and he left to meet my mother when the meeting was over.” Beauty lied. “I tried to follow him but he said who will rule my kingdom if he is not around, so he left. I don’t know when they will be coming back, I am just alone.” Beauty said sadly. She faked her sad voice which made King Lucas pity her.

 

“If you ever feel lonely in that palace of you, my palace is always open for you, Tyler room is always open for you.” King Lucas told her.

 

“Thank you my Lord.” Beauty said bowing slightly at him.

 

“Let me excuse you both so you can finish up your discussion you were having with my son before my interruption.” King Lucas said and left before any of them would say a word.

 

Once the door was closed behind him, Beauty returned her gaze to Tyler and smiled.

 

“So where were we before he interrupts?” Beauty asked, placing her hands on Tyler’s shoulders.

 

Tyler smiled and replied, “Kissing.”

 

 

And they resume their kiss .

Millennium Kingdom:

 

“Here is where you and my King will stay while I go and prepare your father chamber my Queen.” Jeffrey told River when they got to a room door.

 

“Good, you may leave.” River said and Jeffrey turned to leave but River’s voice stopped him. “Are you doing anything now Jeffery?” She asked.

 

“No my Queen.” Jeffrey replied with a bow.

 

“Then open the door for us fool!” She yelled and Jeffrey quickly opened the door, Royal was the first to enter then River.

 

River stopped and turned to face Jeffrey. “Since you are not doing anything right now, guard the door for us.” River told him and shut the door behind her leaving a bewilderment Jeffrey.

 

“That was too harsh River, he is older than you and serves as your late father’s adviser. You shouldn’t be rude to him.” Royal said once she shuts the door behind her.

 

She went to meet him.

 

“I am not rude or harsh to him Royal, if you know what he did, you will support my style of talking to him. Besides, I did not ask him to guard the whole palace-which he is going to do by night falls- just this one room we are in.” River told him

 

“What did he do to you to warrant-”

 

Interrupting him softly. “Don’t worry, you will get to know soon, by the time I am through with him, he will use his mouth to confess all his crimes.” She told him

 

“What crimes did he commit?” He asked.

 

“You will get to know soon my love.” River responded with a lopsided smile.

Isaac smiled to himself when he felt their presence. Any moment from now, they will be attacked.
