Rossy: Good morning, Stacy and thanks for granting me the opportunity.

Stacy: you are welcome.

Rossy: so how long have you been divorced now?

Stacy: five months on the 15th of this month

Rossy: How has life been?

Stacy: horrible. You wake up every morning hoping it’s all a dream, but then you have to face the bitter truth that it is your reality.

Rossy: How’s work, good?

Stacy: Yeah. I got promoted to the position of a manager last month.

Rossy: Oh great! Well done you!

Stacy: thanks, Rossy

Rossy: okay, I know you know what this interview is all about today, but I just want to let you know that you do not have to tell me anything you are not comfortable to say. If at any point during the interview you feel you need a break, please do let me know, Okay?

Rossy: So what is your relationship with Stephen like now?

Stacy: civil

Rossy: explain.

Stacy: We just stay civil with each other for the sake of our daughter. Simply put, we are friends.

Rossy: Just friends, or a little more?

Stacy: Just friends.

Rossy: Does he call at all?

Stacy: Only when I have Steph over for the weekend, he calls to check on her.

Rossy: it was your birthday last month any cards or present from him?

Stacy: Ermmm, more like from them. He sent me a birthday card that says happy birthday from Stephanie and dad. Guess I can say he did.

And yeah! Last week I was rushed to the hospital from work because my blood pressure skyrocketed. He came to the hospital with Steph and they brought flowers. He also offered to pay the medical bills, but I declined. He is doing all that for the sake of our daughter.

Stephen does not feel anything for me anymore.

Rossy: Great! Do you think things might get well between you again?

Stacy: Things are good between us.

Rossy: Come on! You know exactly what I mean.

Stacy: what do you mean?

Rossy: Is there any hope of a reunion?

Stacy: No, Rossy.

Rossy: Why are you so sure?

Stacy: I know Stephen. I’ve known him for 10 years, dated him for three and was married to him for 3 years. I know what he can and cannot do. Once he says something is over, that thing is over for good.

Rossy: Now, to the main thing. The video, tell me about it.

Stacy: Erm, it’s going to be the first time I am talking to anyone about it except my ex-husband.Kindly share out more interesting stories from generalloaded.com using the floating social media icon button at the bottom of the screen.

Rossy: First, before you start, was it worth the divorce?

Stacy: Depends on individuals. I know people who would have not allowed it break their homes and I have also spoken to those who said they would have done the same thing my ex-husband did.

Rossy: So tell me. What exactly happened in that video?

Stacy: okay, as you know, I had a good paying job and Stephen gave me all I wanted. In Fact, he was such a great husband and spoilt me silly. I just need to mention a thing and he does it almost instantly. I’m sure you would be asking so why?

I was comfortable, but I wasn’t very happy that Stephen caters for over ninety five percent of the family needs.

Rossy: why was that a bother to you? I thought couples were supposed to work as a team. Wherever one person is stronger, that person does the job. He was financially stronger and wasn’t complaining. So why!

Stacy: Rossy, you don’t understand. I lost my parents when I was fifteen and from then, I became the sole carer and provider for my siblings. That got into me so much so that when I am not the major provider, I feel worthless. I wanted to be able to pay bills and just show my husband the receipts.

That was the kind of wife I wanted to be to Stephen. So a position became available in my office for the post of an area manager.

There were three of us in the office who have the necessary qualifications for the post. Myself, Lydia and one Mr Festus. This position meant I would earn three times more than I was earning at the time.

So it was very attractive to me. At the end of my shift that day, I went to our national supervisor, who had an eye on me from the first day I walked into that office. I told him I desperately needed the position because I knew he could get me up there if he wanted.

He told me he is willing to help me secure the position, but he placed a price tag on it.

Rossy: what was the price?

Stacy: he asked that I sleep with him right there in the office and the position would be mine, guaranteed. I couldn’t do that. I loved my husband and my home. I made a vow of faithfulness to him in the presence of God and his ministers. So I refused and I asked if he is willing to accept any other thing apart from sex. He said no.

As I took my bag to leave the office, he said he would accept a video of me having a shower if I do not want to sleep with him.

To cut the long story short…..

Rosy: are you okay?

Stacy: (struggling to hold back her tears) yeah, yeah! I’m fine… When I got home that evening, I called him to promise to delete the video immediately after seeing it. He gave me his words.

I got home that evening, Stephen was already home. We usually have our shower together so when he asked, I told him I needed to fix steph’s play room first. He showered alone and when he was done, I went into the bathroom. Let me state clearly that I was not na.ked in that clip, I had our company’s vest on but it was white and transparent.

Rossy: How transparent?

Stacy: You know what a wet white vest would look like, Rossy.

Rossy; Hmmm. So did you have anything on down below?

Stacy: Yea. I had my panties on

Rossy: Were they transparent too?

Stacy: No, they were thick black and wasn’t even visible in the video. You can only see from my belly button upwards.

Rossy: Were you just showering or…

Stacy: Rossy!!!

Rossy: I mean, you don’t have to answer it, but I am only trying to weigh your offence against the punishment you got for it.

Stacy: I was showering and probably making some inappropriate movements.

Rossy: I get it. So the video was erotic. Do you think?

Stacy: you could say that…

Rossy; How and why then did he expose it to the world?

Stacy: He didn’t mean to. He forgot to delete it and whilst he was playing with his son at home, he slept off and the little boy managed to gain access into our company’s Facebook page and posted it. He didn’t check his Facebook until the next morning. By then, it had been shared and re-shared and carried by virtually every blog in the country.

Rossy: do you hold it against him?

Stacy: Rossy, I blame nobody but me in all these. I don’t even blame my ex-husband.

Rossy: If things were to be flipped, would you forgive Stephen, I mean if he was the one who sent such video to a female colleague?

Stacy: Yes, but like I said, I do not blame him for not forgiving; We are all different. The fact that I can tolerate something doesn’t mean someone else can tolerate it. Put all the blame on me.Kindly share out more interesting stories from generalloaded.com using the floating social media icon button at the bottom of the screen.

Every day I miss my husband, I miss my daughter and I miss my marriage. I…I was very careless, I wish I didn’t do it, I regret everything. Rossy I am a walking mess….(Starts crying and coughing)

Rossy: Oh no, don’t cry. Do you want a glass of water?

Stacy: (amidst tears) No, Rossy, give me an ocean, a glass of WATER JUST WON’T DO
