“But how were you able to catch me within such short period of time?” I asked confused..

“I don’t know how it happened” kizito explained..

“Wait! That means you have the ability to super speed” I exclaimed..

“Yeah,let me give it a try” he excitedly said..

He ran around the house,giggling as he super speed around us..

“Can you stop that?” Mum scolded..

“Don’t forget that no one must find out about your powers..you’re not allowed to make use of it until when the appointed time comes”she added..

“OK Mum!”

“Go to your rooms,I will go prepare dinner” mum said and walked out

“Saphira..I’m.sorry…I didn’t mean to hurt you” kizito apologized…

“But you did kizito..what’s wrong with you? How could you harbor such negative thoughts?” I angrily said..

“I’m really sorry Saphira…I was the one that hurt you but instead of telling mum you covered up for me..how could I think of hurting my own sister,I’m really ashamed of myself..please forgive me” he said filled with emotions..

“It’s okay..No matter what happens,just know that we are siblings for life” I said amidst tears

“Come here big sis” he said and hugged me..

Kizito might be rude and arrogant with other girls but he doesn’t joke with me..

I remembered how he nearly killed one weird dude who wanted to take advantage of me..

“Are you still interested in going to the party?” He asked as we broke from the hug..

“No! I have had enough drama for today,I want to rest” i said…

“OK! I will go get ready for my party” he excitedly said,heading to his room.. Pumpkin’s POV

We have a lot of helpers in the house but I prefer cooking for my family for security reasons..

I entered the kitchen to prepare dinner for the family but I couldn’t concentrate..

My children are gradually discovering their powers and this can put them in danger..

I just wanted a peaceful family,why is this happening to me?

I know that I promised to let Saphira fulfill her call but I’m scared.. What if she gets killed?

How can I let my precious Saphira to go fight demons? It’s absurd..

I suddenly felt a hand wrapped around my waist,making me to startle..

I turned back and saw my cute husband,smiling at me..

“It’s you! You startled me”

“And what’s troubling my beautiful pumpkin” jun pyo asked..

“Its nothing” I lied..

“I know you pumpkin,something is definitely troubling you..what is it?” He worriedly asked and cupped my face..

“I’m worried about Saphira,her powers are beginning to manifest..maybe it’s a sign that the appointed time is here” I said..

“Why are you getting yourself all stressed up?what will be will be and there’s nothing you can do about that.”

“But…

“Let’s don’t discuss about that..since the children are not here I want to spend some time alone with my wife” he said caressing my face..

“Stop it jun pyo..what if someone sees us?” I said blushing..

“I don’t care if they sees us..all I want now is to romance my wife” he said and crash his lips on mine..

I kissed him too,enjoying the moment..

“Ewwwwww! Can’t you guys do this in your room” Mirabel suddenly said..

We quickly broke from the kiss..

Omg! My children are here..I’m so embarrassed right now..

“Two old love birds” kizito teased..

“Your mother is really attractive..I can’t seem to take my eyes off her” jun pyo said and they all burst out laughing..

“Mum is even blushing like a seventeen year old girl” Saphira teased

“Why are you guys making fun of your mother?come here I will teach you all a lesson” I said,running after them as our house was filled with laughter..
