Jeffrey’s POV
I entered into my secret chamber full of smiles..
Geez!! I couldn’t even stop myself from smiling..
Is this how it feels to be in love?
I touched my lips as I remembered saph’s soft lips..How I wish I can kiss her again..
Just then I heard a knock..
“Come in”
The door cracked open to reveal Zach and Kiba..
“Greetings my Lord” They chorused..
“And how are you guys feeling now?” I asked..
“We’re better”
“I can’t believe the three of you were defeated by a lady” I said and shook my head..
“We tried our best sir but she isn’t an ordinary lady” Zach said..
“She might have defeated us today but we will not rest until we have sent her to hell where she belongs” Kiba said through a gritted teeth..
“No need for that” I quickly replied..
“Why?” Zach asked,confused..
I know they’re not gonna freak out when I tell them the truth, but there’s nothing I can do about it..
“Cuz’ we’re now together” I said..
“What??” Kiba asked with a wide opened eyes..
“No! You must be kidding right” Zach said..
“No I’m not! I love Saphira and she loves me too”
“I knew it! I knew this is gonna happen! I’m sure that lady has bewitched you” Zach yelled..
“Mind your words! She hasn’t done anything..I’ve been in love with her all this while, I just realized it today” I half yelled..
“What? You can’t do this to us” Kiba said..
“I’m sorry but I just can’t do without her”
“It’s not your fault..its our fault for trusting a weakling like you” Zach said..
“What? Do you realize who you’re talking to”
“Yeah! I’m talking to a coward who allows a woman to blind fold him with her so called fake love” Zach roared..
“Don’t you dare speak about her that way” I yelled trying not to freak out..
“This can’t be happening! Does that mean that you’re not gonna conquer the earth again?” Kiba said..
“No! Just because I love Saphira doesn’t mean I will stop pursuing my goal..I’ll definitely conquer the earth and give you all your share”
“Tsh! You think that’s possible? Why can’t you understand that as long as that lady is alive, your dreams will never be fulfilled” Zach said..
“I don’t give a damn all I know is that no one should dare lay their hands on her..” I warned..
Saphira’s POV
I lay on my bed as I kept on thinking about all that had happened today..
After everything Jeffrey had done to me, I can’t believe my heart still wants him..
I feel like running a knife through his chest and make him pay for all the things he has done to me..
Should I listen to my heart or head?
Should I break his heart just the way he did to me?
Many thoughts ran through my head until I finally fell asleep..
Just as I expected, I saw grand pa in my dream..
He wore an expressionless face..
Shit! Looks like he has found out about what happened earlier..
“I know you saw what happened between me and Jeffrey but it’s not really what you think” I said nervously..
“But what happened between you too?” He asked,confused..
“Huh..you don’t know?” I asked with a wide opened eyes..
“Yeah! I can only see what happens between you two when he’s in his demonic form” he said..
“Oh really! Thank goodness” I muttered and heaved a sigh of relief..
“But what happened? Hope there’s nothing wrong?”
“No! No! Everything is cool but what are you doing here?”
“Uhm..I was sent by Lord Andrew”
“Lord Andrew? Hope i haven’t done anything bad?”
“No! Actually,he wants you to meet him at his palace in our kingdom”
“What? But why?”
“I really don’t know why but I think it has to do with corovi..Get prepared,cuz in the next three nights I’ll come to pick you up”
“OK..”
