Sapphira’s POV

 

 

I kept on running until I got to a field…

 

 

Maybe I should sit here..

 

 

 

I sat down there as the good memories I spent with Jeffrey and my family played on my head..

 

 

“No one cares about me! No member of my family bothered to search for me..Even mum has forgotten about me, I’m all alone now” I cried..

 

 

“Not while I’m here” A familiar voice suddenly said..

 

 

I looked back and was surprised to see Jeffrey..

 

 

“How did you find me?”

 

 

“I don’t know but I guess our head is kinda connected now due to the blood transfer” he shrugged..

 

 

Oh! I almost forgot…

 

 

“Now you’ve seen how miserable I am, you can leave” I said and turned front..

 

 

“Who said I’m gonna leave you” he replied and sat close to me..

 

 

“Why are you doing this? I know you don’t love me, so you can just leave and let me be” I rudely replied..

 

 

“Why the attitude? What’s wrong?” He asked..

 

 

“Tsh! As if you care” I scoffed..

 

 

“Yeah I do!..”

 

“Don’t worry about me..I’m fine” I said and forced a smile..

 

 

“But you’re not..I know when something is bothering you..it’s okay if you don’t wanna tell me,but just know that you’re a strong person” he said,staring into my eyes..

 

 

Phew! Maybe I should just tell him..

 

 

“I..I feel lonely..I miss my friends,my family,my school..I don’t even know if they still remember me” I said as my tears flow..

 

 

“I’m sure they do..I might not know your family that much but I’m sure they love you” he said..

 

 

“But why didn’t they bother searching for me?”

 

 

“Maybe they tried searching for you but couldn’t find you..you shouldn’t jump into conclusion, I’m sure they love you” he said..

 

 

“And you? Do you love me?” I asked, staring into his eyes..

 

 

“It doesn’t matter..love is not my thing” he replied..

 

 

“OK! I get it..I won’t bother you again and this will be the last time I’m gonna speak to you about love” I said and stood up to leave..

 

 

“Where are you going.? Please just stay a while with me” he said and stood up..

 

 

“Why?”

 

 

 

“I…I….”

 

 

 

I immediately crash my lips on his – surprisingly,he hungrily kissed me back…

 

 

Omg!! Why are my behaving like a slut?..

 

 

I quickly broke the kiss..

 

 

Jeffrey’ s POV

 

 

Immediately she crashed her lips on mine, a lot of emotions surged through my heart..

 

 

The urge to make her mine, clouded my soul – I tried to stop myself from kissing her but my damn mouth refused to stop..

 

 

My heart beat increased – damn it! this lady is driving me nuts..

 

 

Just then, she broke from the kiss..

 

 

“I’m..I’m sorry..I shouldn’t have done that” she apologized..

 

 

Wtf! Why is she apologizing?

 

 

Like I enjoyed every bit of that..I just wish she didn’t stop..

 

 

“No! It’s okay”

 

 

“I’ll be leaving now..” She said and turned to leave..

 

 

I quickly held her hand, I drew her back into my arms..

 

“Please don’t leave ” I cried..

 

 

“But why?”

 

 

“I..I..think I love you” I stuttered…

 

 

I just don’t know how to express how I feel..I don’t believe I would ever fall in love..you’ve changed me saph! I can’t believe I’ve fallen in love” I said amidst tears…

 

 

“Finally! You’ve finally accepted your feelings for me! Thank you jeff, thank you” she happily said and gave me a tight hug..

 

 

“I love you Saph”

 

 

“Aww.. I love the way you call me Saph..I love you too Jeff”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Finally! Jeff has finally confessed his feelings to our Saphira.
