MONTANA PARK
**Clara’s POV**
“We should have lunch together then go to the beach, we just arrived too and we
were just checking around.” Neil’s mom said.
“Yeah sure.” Danelle said.
“Sure” Drake said.
They turned to me.
It was I left to say if I want.
“Great.” I said with a fake smile and they nodded with smiles.
We headed towards the field.
How can I forget?
Drake held me.
I eyed him and took off my hand.
He smiled..
It’s just for today.
I glared at Danelle who’s hand was intertwined with Neil.
She smiled instead and pointed at whatever for Neil to see.
Soon we got to the field.. They were lots of family, couple, and lovers having picnic…
We found a quite enough space in the field and Jaden and Neil took out their large spreadsheet while Danelle took ours out too.
I turned my direction to the wonderland/amuzement section, staring at children riding Roller coaster, Carnival, Carousel, Swing rides, Slide, gungle gym and lots more and those in the swimming pool with their parents beside them or taking videos and pictures of them.
I want to be here someday with Noah and our kids.
“Sis Claraa..” I heard Danelle call behind.
I turned and they were done and sitted on the spreadsheet but Drake, Neil Jaden and his Dad weren’t sitted.
“They went to get barbecue and drinks.” Danelle said.
I sat beside Danelle on our own large spreadsheet facing Anita and Mrs Rebecca as we waited for the men.
“So tell me.. Clara if I may ask you, which medical school did you went to?” she
asked.
“Adert medical university here in Texas.” I said.
“Wow.. great. My son told me his girlfriend’s sister is a nurse, it’s so great to meet
you today Clara.” Mrs Rebecca said.
I smiled.“Thanks ma.”
“Which hospital??” she asked.
“GraAvantees Hospital.” I said and she gasped.
“Woah. That hospital is one of the best in this country. You are very lucky
dear.”she said.
I smiled, “Thanks ma.”
“It just seem none of my kids wanna study science, all of them are just Art from
Jaden to Neil to my little girl, Princess but she’s currently with her aunt for the holiday even their girlfriends.” she said and eyed Danelle.
Danelle and Anita laughed.
“ma’am, I don’t like science… Im a lawyer.” Danelle said.
“Law is a great course and occupation. Anita you are studying what?” she asked.
Anita should be in the university.
“Accounting.” she said.
“Uhmm… you want to be in suit all the time just like my sister’s boyfriend.
Anyways, great. For I and Neil, we are lawyers and barristers.” Danelle said and I almost punched her noise.
What’s running inside this girl’s mouth.
Why did she even say that im Drake’s girlfriend.
Did she and Drake plan this or what?
God, I have to make this clear now!
“Please ma’am, don’t listen to-” Again! I got interrupted by the four men bringing
in a cooler of drinks and wrapped rolls of barbecue chicken, chips and plates of pizza.
“We’re back.. here is the fun one!” Mr Chris said and they all laughed, except me. I
just gave a fake smile but anyways, I can’t miss this mouthwatering edibles being layed at my front.
I’ll eat them and maybe I’ll feel better after but that won’t stop me from dealing with Danelle and Drake once we get into his damn car.
“That man must be very ill, having a drink competition, he drank twelve bottles in
just few minutes. Where’s he from!” Jaden said.
The four men laughed.
“Alcohol!” Neil said.
“He needs the money.” Drake said.
“Absolutely” Jaden agreed with him.
Rebecca looked at me and chuckled, “That kept them for that long.” she said.
I smiled.
“He should have drank upto twenty if he was fit!” Danelle said to them and I eyed her.
Such talks interest her alot.
The men laughed.
“He’do be dead before he gets home.” Mr Chris said.
“With such potbelle already.” Neil said and laughed.

Soon, we were eating and they were talking and laughing.
Talking about life, family, school, works! and adventures.
I just focused on my barbecue and pizza.
Then the discussion moved over to relationship.
“I love my wife with my whole heart.. She’s my life, I tell ya..Yeah, I loved few
women before I met her but she was the only one I loved so deeply and still love. She’s my everything… and our love hasn’t decreased. It’s as if our children made our love grow into the strongest of love.” Mr Chris said and they were smiling, but his wife smiled more.
“You wanna know how I met her?”
Drake and Danelle nodded with keen interest.
He smiled, “At a grain wharehouse. covered in grain dusts. I came with two of my worker, to load the bags of grain I bought into our lorry..I found her inside the wharehouse, counting out bags of grain. Could you believe that? That was her father’s business and she told me that she love her dad so much that she could do anything he ask her to.” he said.
“And the grain business connected you both and you fell inlove with her.” Danelle
said.
“Yeah and she in turn also fell inlove with me.” he said.
“Wow… this is a love history, is that true Ma’am?” Danelle asked.
“Yeah, that’s true.” Rebecca said.
“Really cool.” Drake said.
“So what about you Drake? how did you meet this nurse here?” Mr Chris asked
and I inhaled and stared at Drake. Danelle also stared at him. Maybe probably giving him another sign but that won’t be possible in these people’s front.
Drake glanced at me and I let out a sharp smirk smile which disappeared just immediately.
‘So Time to continue your lie where you stopped it’
Drake went quiet for a minute and we all stared at him. I laughed within.
Suddenly he began, shocking me with his first lie.
“It was just too emotional.” he said like he’s been battling with his emotion.
God in heaven! What kind of human is this?
“Her car broke down and it was so late in the night..” he paused to collect more lies
and I almost shouted.
‘He’s lying!!’ but I didn’t.
“…she was in tears because there was no other car passing and the road was lonely,
really lonely. luckily I drove by and after she explained, I help her. I drove her to her home and from there we became friends and from being friends, we turned out lovers. I love her with the whole of my heart.. She’s my everything..”
blah blah, he blabbed and finished.
I had no idea my lips were agape in shock of his lies untill Rebecca asked, “Clara dear, are you okay? you seem suprised at his words. Isn’t he saying the truth?” I closed my lips and faked a smile.
Danelle gave me a sign while Drake just stared.
I inhaled, “He’s right.” I said, maintaining the fake smile.
“Wow, that was great. Thank God you came right on time Drake.” Mr Chris said. “Yeah and that brought us together for real!” Drake said and I almost rolled my eyes.
This is so annoying.
“Awesome, so Jaden. Won’t you tell us about yours?” Rebecca said to Jaden who’s
been drinking Coke all this while.

AFTER AN HOUR of slow eating, drinking and long discussions and gisting. We finally stood up.. The men carried the cooler of empty bottles and empty plates and headed towards the cafe and kiosk while the women folded back the spreadsheets back into the bag and every other thing.
The men said they were gonna bring more drinks and we would head over to the beach.
Im kinda scared. The truth is that I can’t swim. Forget what I promised Danelle.
Danelle knows I can’t.
But I can’t deny that these is fun but im just angry because Drake is claiming I to
be his girlfriend, imagine that and stupid me I still said ‘yes’ to that lie! What if
Noah suddenly appears here and hears of it! God this should all end so everyone
could go back to his and her home.
I must deal with Danelle, specially.
We waited for the men and in no time, they were back and we headed to Montana beach with all the couples holding hands except Drake and I.
Im I even stupid; Drake and I ain’t dating! oh Christ!
As if the weird guy was reading my mind, he took my hand and I couldn’t resist because Jaden and Anita where behind.
I only rolled my eyes and clench my teeth.

Soon we arrived at the beach.
“Oh beautiful sight.” Mr Chris said.
“Really Beautiful.” his wife added.
Everyone stared at the long, wide water.
“Honey are you cold?” Mr Chris asked her.
“No im not.” she said.
“Then we’re certainly swimming.” he said.
“Ofcourse.” she smiled and he kissed her cheek.
That made me smile (not fake smile this time) as I wished this was the way my mom’s marriage was but it wasn’t. The stupid man vanished with another woman. Mom is really a strong woman to bear the pains. She’s a strong single mother.
“Im swimming.” Danelle said.
“Ofcourse.” Neil said with a smile at her.
I eyed Danelle then pulled her close.
“What if you get drowned!” I said.
She laughed,“Ofcourse not. I take swimming tutors in school.” she said.
“But you’re still learning, you ain’t perfect.”I said.
“I am sis, you are so over protective of me and anyways, im swimming with Neil..
he’s a professional swimmer.” she said and walked back to him.
Ahhhhhhhhh this girl!
“She’s over protective of you because she loves and care about you.” Rebecca said.
“Yeah I know and im grateful.” Danelle said and then came back and pecked me.
“I love you sis.” she said.
I smiled, that got me.
“I love you too little sis.” I said.
She rolled her eyes playfully.
“Im not little” she said.
“You are.”
“I ain’t.” she said and walked back to Neil.
Drake drew close.
“I wish you’re like your sister.” he whispered.
I had no idea when I hit him on the hand and faked a smile… so it would seem like
we are just playing.
He smiled too.
“Awwwwwwwwn” they all said.
“Alright let’s start.” Jaden said and Danelle had already pulled off her trouser to
reveal her yellow and roseflower designed bikini. Then followed by her top reavealing her matched bra.
Mom said I look like dad with fleshy skin. I don’t even know why I had to look like him! Danelle is the exact copy of mom with slimness.
Neil took off his trouser and shirt too, leaving just his blue boxers. Jaden and Anita pulled off theirs. Anita’s bikini is so cute.. and she has this great body.. like mine. Then Mr Chris and his wife followed.
Im just too shy too take off my clothes in the presence of Drake… by the way why isn’t he taking off his clothes. I turned to see him taking off his shirt. He had pulled off the trouser to reveal nice looking…
Ohh. Clara.. look away… but I still couldn’t stop taking a glimpse.
He has such a great body.. The abs, the flat stomache, the six packs. ‘Woah.’
“Quit staring sis and take yours off.. haven’t you seen such great body before?” Danelle whispered and I just want to strangle her.
Shyly, I looked away from Drake and gently pulled off my clothes.
“Ahh… finally.” Danelle breathed beside me.
I couldn’t look at Drake. I wonder what’s on his mind now. weird guy.
“Alright Clara, everyone let’s go to the water!” Jaden said.
“I can’t swim!” I said sincerely.
They gasped.
“Yeah she’s right.” Danelle said sadly.
“Drake so what you gonn’do?” Mr Chris said.
That was when I took another glimpse of him.
He stood akimbo and air blew through his hair.
“She’ll watch then. She doesn’t wanna learn at all.” she said.
Ahh this guy!
“Alright then, Clara just have a grab a drink and watch us.” Mr Chris said and soon
they were in the water, swimming..
Uhmm really fun.
I sat down at the shore and watched them.
It was really fun as they played in the water. Somehow I wished I knew how to swim.
I opened the can drink and sipped then took out the camera and began taking pictures of them.
Drake really knows how to swim and all of them..
Drake is the only single in there. Others were playing with their lover, splashing water at each other.. He was splashing too but he still felt single in there. Only if I knew how to swim, he wouldn’t feel so single.
‘Stupid me! Clara stop thinking trash and take pictures..
I resumed my picture taking.
But then I really got no idea how it happened.
Who pushed me…
but I screamed as I saw my body land inside the great water. A distance from them..
I couldn’t see.
I couldn’t breathe.
I couldn’t hear.
My breathing was ceasing.
Im dying, Struggling but I can’t even struggle enough in the water.
I was loosing my breath.
But then, I felt my body being carried and soon I felt my body on the sand.
I could hear faint voices.
Breathe into her mouth
Press her heart… this way
Adjust her head
oh no! Sis!!!!
Clara! clara!!!
I felt hands pressing hard on my chest.. then a very soft lips… so soft and tasty pressed onto mine.
I opened my eyes and he withdrew..
It’s Drake!
I coughed out water…
It was Drake..
He saved me.
He kissed me,
he pressed on my boobs!
Ahhh..
So many people sorrounded me.
Danelle hugged me.
