I was pacing round the sitting room deep in thoughts.I can’t believe Knox would do that.

“Taylor calm down”

“The fu.ck Lisa don’t tell me to calm down”I placed my hand on my forehead.I’m slowly loosing it.

“I’m coming with you guys”she said.

“You are not.You are gonna stay here and take care of the kids”

“I’m no babysitter besides they are you kids.You should take them along”

“You must be kidding me”

“I’m dead serious.What’s gonna happen when Kia finds out he has kids.That gonna be epic.You Know you can’t run away forever”She laughs and walks out.

I slump on the couch in thoughts. Why do I have this feeling that she has a hand in this.

~1 week later ~

The ride on the plane was boring for me.The kids seem to be excited but I felt uncomfortable.This is insane there is no way I’m gonna let him come close to my kids besides it just a week business trip.Once we are done I’m out.I’m definitely gonna pay Ryan a visit before leaving.

I missed him and I feel guilty for abandoning him.

Our flight soon landed and a Limo came to pick us at the airport courtesy of Kia.I huff and step into the car.

“Mummy are we gonna find daddy here?”Jacinta asked as the driver sped off.

“Yes honey you gonna find your daddy here”Lisa answered smiling.I gave her a deadly glare and look away.She’s sure gonna get it from me.

“Yipee”the kids screamed excited.I was quite through out the ride.I know Knox and Lisa planned this well their plan is about to fail.

The car came to halt at a beautiful mansion owned by Knox.

The children giggled into the house.

“Taylor get ready the meeting is scheduled for tomorrow”I huff I head upstairs.I can’t believe I’m meeting Kia for the first time in almost five years.

The sound of the alarm woke me up.I shut it off and head to the bathroom still feeling abit sleepy.

I looked at myself at the mirror as my reflection stare back at me.I picked up a new brush and added paste to it as I brushed my teeth.I rinse my mouth and drop the tooth brush.

I take a quick shower and get dressed in a white trouser suit.I wore a light make up and put on a white stilettos along with some other accessories.

I comb through my hair as I tie it in bun.I’ve always had long hair since I was a kid cause my mom never really cut my hair from birth.

I pick up my white handbag and wore my shades as I looked at the mirror.I know I look stunning and don’t ask me why I’m dressed in white.

“Taylor hurry up.We’re running late”I haven’t even had breakfast.I guess I’m gonna skip that.

I stepped out of the room as I descended down the stairs.

“Oh my God Nora.Its just a meeting Nora no one asked you to seduce Kia”she winked

“I’m not seducing anyone.You don’t expect me to look ugly at a meeting”

“Don’t mind Lisa.You look gorgeous”Knox compliments.

“I can’t believe you will take sides with her”

“I didn’t talk sides with her just complimented her outfit”

I eye the both of them.I’m suspecting something is going on between these two and I’m definitely gonna find out.

“Mom you look beautiful”Jacinta says.

“Thanks honey where’s your brother?”

“He’s still asleep”

“Nora we are running late”

“Ok honey.Uncle knox and I are going somewhere important.Be a good girl and don’t give aunty Lisa a headache”

“Sure thing mom”she nods as I rubbed her a pointed nose.Just like Kia’s everything about her reminds me of him.I really wanted to forget about him but I can’t with her around.

“Bye mummy”Knox and I left in the car.

The members of the board waited patiently for our long expected soon to be business partners.Just then they both walked in How could they possibly keep us waiting?

“I’m really sorry for keeping you all waiting”My eyes fall on his companion as I gasp in shock.
