“Time of death 1:…”
“What the fu.ck? Time of what?….”I yelled.
“I’m sorry madam we tried our best”
“Then your best is not good enough.Step aside”I push through to meet Nora.
“Hey you continue with the chest compressions you were doing?”She looked at me weirdly.
“Madam she’s dead”
“I said continue with those chest compressions now” “Ma’am I think you’re insane.We need to call security”
“Let her be.Stacey continue with the chest compression”the nurse immediately began chest compression.
“What do you think you’re doing?”The other nurse asked.I so hate her.Fucking witch!
I pick up the defibrillator and sighed.There’s no way I’m gonna watch you die.
“Charging to 1200volts…”
“That voltage is way too much”
“Shut the fu.ck up before I shock you to death”I said and she flinched.
“Clear”.Nora please wake up.I place the two electrode at the left side of her chest.
Her chest bounced up and she had a pulse.
“Doctor We’ve got pulse.that witch nurse screamed.
They rushed to quickly stabilize her.I thought she was going to die but I’m glad she didn’t.
I’m glad what mom thought me paid off.As a kid I always admired doctors.I wanted to be one cause my mom wanted me to be.
I was elated about being a doctor that each time mom was in the operation room either trying Cardiopulmonary resuscitation or performing a surgery I will always look through the glass at the door to see how it was done.
When I got to my senior year in highschool I found biology and chemistry difficult too many big words and molecular Bullshits to cram.I sort of liked physics though but I couldn’t cope and my mom thought I was a failure.
It hurt though and I later switched to social science cause that was where my calling was.My mom was not happy with my decision so she sent me to America to complete my highschool education since then we haven’t been on good terms.I guess she doesn’t want to be around her failure of a daughter.

“How is she? What you did was brave”Knox smiled as I came out of the room.I suddenly hugged him in tears.
“I was so scared… I thought I was going to loose her…”
“Nora is strong Lisa”
“Yeah.She has a strong heart that’s why she was able to take that much voltage”
I look him in the eyes as he leans closer to me in an attempt to kiss me.Our lips were just inches away and I could feel my heart beating fast.
“Uhmm Uhmm”
“Mom…”I ran to hug her.
“Mom I’m sorry that I failed you”
“You didn’t fail me Melissa.I’m glad you choose your own path.I tried to mold you into something you were not and for that I am truly sorry”

“I’m proud of you dear.Heard what you did for your friend” “Speaking of which? How did you get here?”
“I built this hospital after you left to America but I have retired.I came to check on the hospital but I found you”knox coughed
“oh forgive my manners.Knox meet my mom.Mom Knox my friend” “Oh you mean boyfriend”she winked. “No..just friends”Knox and I echoed.

“Miss Taylor is awake”that witch nurse announced.
“Its not Miss she’s married”I huff.
“That’s what is on her file”she reply and walk away.
“Argh.. Mom you really need to sack that bitch”
“Come down dear.Let’s go see your friend I wanna see her” “Fine”
We enter the room as we found her laying on the bed.She sighted us and smiled.
“Come here buddy” I ran to hug her.
“I’m glad you’re ok”I tell her.
“You saved my life Lisa”
“You made me worry Nora”Knox spoke.
“Me too”I pout.
“Hey I’m over here”that was mom.
“Nora met my mom.Mom met Nora my best friend”
“Woah I didn’t know we where best friends.Nice to meet you ma’am”
“We are alongside Angel more like the three musketeers”she chuckles at my words.
“I’m no musketeer.What about my babies.Haven’t set eyes on them” “There are fine.The nurse should be here shortly” “Oh here she is…”

Great joy surged my heart as my kids where brought to me.I smiled at my babies as I cuddle them in my arms.
“Awwn cuties.What are you gonna name them?”
“What will you like us to name our children?”I asked Kia as he holds my waist firmly.
“I’ll name the boy Alexander and the girl…”
