Xander’s POV

 

 

“Somebody should call the ambulance, she is losing consciousness” was what I heard the moment I got into the club.

 

What could be wrong?

 

The music went off at once. The club quieten to pin drop silence and everyone was looking at the direction where the man shouted from.

 

She was carrying a lady in his arms so tenderly.

 

It’s might be the girlfriend. I thought and went to get myself a drink.

 

But something caught my eyes. It’s was a white flat object lying in the middle of the dancehall which is opposite to the staircase.

 

I took it and switched it on, Amy Rockxon’s image showed. Could she be here?

“Okay”

 

“Remember. She have to stay alive. Don’t kill her. At least not now.”

 

 

“It’s done. You will see the results for yourself” I assured.

 

The line went dead.

 

I smirked.

 

Tomorrow will be filled with a lot of drama.

 

 

Paula’s POV

 

 

I woke up feeling ecstatic. Yesterday was wow. I never knew I could have so much fun in one night.

 

But there’s one thing I need to do.

 

I have to see Amy no matter what. I tried calling her but I couldn’t reach her.

 

When I got to the bathroom, I heard my phone ringing.

 

It kept ringing as I showered.

 

That must be Amy. I thought and came out of the bathroom after bathing.

 

I went straight to check who called but it’s an unknown number.

 

I called the line back, and I heard a deep baritone voice.”hello”

 

I looked back at the screen and placed it back.

 

“I missed a call from this number. I think is a mistake.” I replied.

 

“A lady called this number from my phone” he stated.

 

“A lady.” I repeated.

 

“Do you perhaps know her name?”

 

“Yeah! Is Amy. The name is Amy.” he replied.

 

 

“Where is she? Is she with you now” I squealed breathlessly.

 

“No. She left. A while ago”

 

“Okay. Thank you!” I replied and hanged up.

 

She must be at home by now.

 

I settled into a comfortable dress and walked out.

 

I saw Xander’s back faced to me as he made a call in hush tones.

 

“Hi Xander”

 

He turned instantly and flashed a nervous smile,” Hi Miss Devante”.

 

He opened the car door for me before I go there.

 

“How did you know I was going out?” I asked curiously.

 

“Instincts” he stated.

 

I nodded and got inside.

 

Somehow, my instincts are also telling me something else.

 

As we got into the main road, I noticed a white land cruiser that had heavy metal steel bumper driving towards our car in an alarming speed from the rearview mirror.

 

I screamed loudly as the car caught up with us and rammed into our car.

 

“Calm down miss. I’m in charge..”

 

He didn’t finish before the car rammed into our car again.

 

 

The third ram caused the our car to skid and burn tar as it spin on the road causing me to bang my head heavily on the window, I felt blood oozing out as I began to feel dizzy.

 

I heard Xander cursed loudly.

 

Xander reached for the gear to rev the car when another heavy steeled bumper sped towards us.

 

My eyes widened instantly as the cruiser rammed in to our car causing it to flip in the air before gravity pulled it down and it crushed to tarred road upside down. I gave out an agonizing sound and that was it.

 

Daniels POV

 

Gosh! This is crazy! I can’t believe a celebrity was in my house the whole night and couldn’t recognize her.

 

So being the freak I was, I followed her car.

 

I speed up when I saw her car crossing the traffic light.

As I was coming I saw a group of people start to gather around an awfully smashed car.

 

The accident must have been severe.

 

I got down to the accident scene and saw the bodies being conveyed into the ambulance. The lady seems to be dead.

 

And the man was injured but not much.

 

My eyes roamed on the car for the number plate.

 

And…oh my goodness.

 

This car is registered under Pablo’s name. And he is the only one who have this kind of plates.

 

I followed the ambulance quickly to the hospital.

 

I hope the victims are not related to Pablo in anyway. Lemme confirm first before I call her.

 

Pablo’s POV

 

 

I felt someone nudge me. At first, I groaned and pulled the blanket over my head, sleep overcoming me because I slept too late in the morning .

 

Again. Another nudge. I groaned louder as I rolled on my side.

 

“Wake uuuuppp!!!!”

 

“Mum? You?” My eyes widened when I saw her.

 

I quickly buried myself in the duvet again. This must be a dream lemme continue to see how it unfolds.

 

“Wake up, Pablo. I made you breakfast”

 

I bulleted up immediately ,” Is it not a dream?” I asked.

 

She shook her head,” Come on wake up. It’s already noon. You’ve been sleeping like a log. Now wake up”

 

This is strange. Mum is being so nice.

 

I smiled when I heard my phone ringing.

 

It must be Paula.

 

“Hey babe!” I greeted happily.

 

 

“You wish.” I heard a snot.

 

“Hi DD. Why are you calling me now?”

 

“WHAT??” I rushed out of the room immediately.
