Daisy

It was evening. I was happy and already dressed in a red gown. It was my mother’s.

 

It was the last thing I kept after her death plus her jeweleries… expensive ones.

 

I know.. My family was once rich but I don’t know how we lose it. How I was sacked from my parents home. I just had to stay with the orphanages. I was alone and home sick.

 

I just missed my mom so much. I just wished she was here with me seeing me as a woman now.

 

I stood by the mirror staring at myself. I look beautiful. No one need to tell me that.

 

I reached the grand hall as one servants stood by the door and gave me the mask…

 

“Thank you so much”,I said softly and entered. It has started. Slow music were being played at the hall… They were prominent people. A lot of royalties.

 

I smiled staring at them. Then i saw my crush.. Prince Williams. He looked so cute and handsome and Nicholas, he was breathtaking. I don’t know but he stirred something inside me.

 

He eyes raked my body and he started walking towards me as I smiled and to my surprise, I felt someone pulled my hair and tore my dress making my breast and stomach bare. Everyone went wild while some whistled. I just stood there covering my breasts with my hands.. . I haven’t been humiliated like this before.

 

 

I turned seeing Maggie with a smirk on her face. Everyone had seen me na.ked now. My back and breasts and stomach is bare. My eyes filled with tears for the first time. I couldn’t fight her because if I do, I will make everything worse.

 

She laughed out loud pulling her tongue at me. I just bowed my head in shame and slowly I felt someone behind me. It was Prince Nicholas. I turned staring at him and he slowly wiped my tears from the eye. He removed his suit and wore it around me.

 

He then held me close to him. I had no choice but to hide my eyes in his chest.

 

“I’m sorry…”,I slowly whispered. He stroked my hair.

 

“Maggie, Daughter of Gorvenor Dante. I thought balls were meant to be fun and happiness. I made rules and you know them perfectly well. And this scene, what you actually did, I never expected that from you. Therefore by the power invested in me and as the Prince of Genovia, I ban you from any activities in this castle. And I ban you from trying the ring on”,he said softly.

 

“No, no, you can’t do that to me. She is the devil here… the great devil and by the time you realised it, it will be too late”.

 

“Guards!!!”,He shouted and they quickly came, “You know what to do to her”

 

I watched as the guards dragged her out. My uncle, aunt, and Lucia glared at me before following their daughter.

 

I rested my head on his chest. I just didn’t want to look at anyone. Everywhere was quiet then I heard him again, “Everyone, I’m sorry but the ball is cancelled.. . “,he said carrying me in his arms.

 

I wrapped my arms around his neck and heard people murmured behind us.. I stared at him.He tightened his jaw. He was really angry.

 

We moved into the bedroom. I mean his bedroom.

 

“Why did you bring me here?”,I asked.

 

“This place is the only place I could think of”

 

 

I moved around the room, “I actually want to talk to you”

 

He sat on the couch, “I’m listening”

 

“Are you interested in me?”,I asked sitting close to him.

 

“Yes very much… “,He answered.

 

“Lets not do this. I’m not the girl for you and you can’t be interested in me. I can’t always be giving you trouble. I can’t be with you. Look for someone else Nicolas.. Please move on.”

 

His face softened and he stared at me, “I’m falling for you, Daisy. I always think about you. Just you. And how do you expect me to let you go when you are the one I want”

 

“What about the ring? What if we fall for eachother and the ring fits the right person”

 

“I don’t care. I don’t care who it’s fits okay. I’m just tired of doing “sex and leave”. I just want someone, anyone, to love me. Just me and that person is you Daisy. Just love me. Please”,his voice was shaky.

 

“I can’t… this isn’t my home Nicholas.. . I think i need to go back from where i came from. I need to move on and you need that too so I just want to quit. Please, I can’t love you. I’m not meant for you. The right woman is somewhere”

 

He knelt infront of me, “Is that what you want”.

 

“Yes…”

 

We were both kept quiet, “Don’t go”,I heard him whisper.

 

“You don’t even know me”

 

“I do. You are Daisy bells,and I have feelings for you”,he said making me laugh.

 

 

We were both lost in eachother as he moved closer but I quickly pulled away. “I need a favour, your highness”

 

“Tell me..”,He stood behind me.

 

“After what happened tonight… I can’t go back home. I have some clothes and I need to get them”

 

“Don’t worry, I will get for you tomorrow but I need something in return”

 

“What”,I whispered and he took steps and I moved backwards till my back touched the wall.

 

His touched my cheeks, “I think you already know”

 

His lips touched mine making gasp.

 

We are kissing like crazy. Like our lives depend on it. Like i knew him for a long time and my heart is punting really fast.

 

His tongue slips inside my mouth, gentle but demanding, and it’s nothing like I’ve ever experienced, and I suddenly understand why people describe kissing as melting because every square inch of my body dissolves into his.

 

My fingers grip his hair, pulling him closer. My veins throb and my heart explodes. I have never wanted anyone like this before. Ever.

 

His hands wrapped around my waist as we continued with our hot kisses. He moved me backwards we both fell on the bed. The suit released one of my fingers showing one of my breast.

 

I don’t care about any of that. All I want is Nicholas. The weight of his body on top of mine is extraordinary. I feel him—all of him—pressed against me, and I inhale his shaving cream, his shampoo, and that extra scent that’s just… him.

 

The most delicious smell I could ever imagine.

 

 

I want to breathe him, lick him, eat him, drink him. His lips taste like honey. His face has the slightest bit of stubble and it rubs my skin but I don’t care, I don’t care at all.

 

He feels wonderful. His hands are everywhere, and it doesn’t matter that his mouth is already on top of mine, I want him closer closer closer. Gosh, what is wrong with me. I pushed him getting up.

 

“I’m sorry.. I have to go”,I said softly but he grasped my wrists… He stared at my breasts and slowly covered my breasts.

 

“I’m sorry.. Can you please allow me to drive you to the airport tomorrow”

 

“Yes..”,I said softly and i slowly let go of his hands and opened the door.

Two hours later,

 

“What!! she did that?”,Rihanna asked and i nodded, “Oh Gosh, how I wish I was here to strangled her and scratch her ulgly face. Why didn’t you fight her back”

 

“Because Prince Nicholas banned her from coming to the balls… I mean all activities concerning the Prince and she had been banned from wearing the ring… You don’t know how happy I was”

 

She laughed, “In her face. She deserved more than that”

 

I stared at her for while, “I’m going back to Oklahoma”

 

She blinked a few times, “What!! But why?”

 

“It’s complicated being here. I think the more I stay here, the more trouble awaits for me”

 

“Is it because you are having some feelings for Prince”

 

I scratched my hair, “Yes.. and i think being with the Prince will lead me to nowhere. What if the right lady fits the ring. What am i going to do?”

 

 

“But wait a minute? You never tried the ring on anyway”

 

“I did but its just couldn’t fit. What’s the use. I need to leave before this relationship thing becomes something real”

 

“Hmm.. I understand. So you are going to leave me alone.”

 

“No I’m not leaving you “,I said softly, “You can come to Oklahoma anytime you want”

 

She nodded, “I will miss you So bad”

 

“Me too..”,I hugged her, “Tell your grandma I will see her soon”

 

“I will…”

 

“I have to go now to do some packing”

 

She hugged me for a long time and I just stood there rubbing my hand across her back. I’m going to miss her too.

 

The moment, I packed all my clothes. The guards brought my remaining stuff from my aunt’s home. I was really excited.

 

Today is the last day being here. The guards helped me with the luggage. I moved outside seeing Prince Nicholas standing by his car.

 

He opened the passenger door for me as I entered.

 

He then whispered something in his senior guard’s ears and I stared at them.

 

I wondered what they are talking about. Well… it’s not my business anyway.

 

He jumped into the car.He stared at me and started the car and I stared at the trees as he drove down the road.

 

“When will I see you again?”,he asked.

 

 

“Never”, I simply said staring outside.

 

Then he divert to another road.

 

“Hey!!!”,I shouted, “The airport is that way. Why did you change it”

 

He didn’t mind.

 

“Talk to me”,I said under my breathe. I removed my seat belt pulling his shirt.

 

“Daisy stop it…”

 

“Tell me where you are taking me”, Then I gasped, “You are going to kidnapped me”

 

“Yes princess… I’m kidnapping you. You can’t leave without spending some time with me. I’m not ready to see you go”

 

His eyes were fixed on the road. Is he seriously saying this right now. I’m going to miss my flight.

 

Damn him.
