I reached home went to my room and locked it, then i cried,i cried so much such that i ran out of tears,i took my phone and delete all his pictures,i couldn’t believe that the motherfu.cker took me for a ride,i mean what was i expecting because he haven’t call or came to see me ever since i caught them,yes,granny said he used to come when i was in coma but that wasn’t enough, he still owe me an explanation.. I took my phone and dialed his number, it rang unanswered i got more angry…. .

Later that evening…

 

I was still in my room feeling sorry for my self when my phone rang,it was

 

Dan,yoh i wasn’t really in the mood for him but i didn’t have much of a choice

 

because i needed his help,so i picked…

 

Me:(low voice)hello

 

Dan:o-kay,are you okay?

 

Me:(annoyed) am fine,what do you want..?

 

Dan:(calm)i guess i came at the wrong time.

 

Me: you outside?

 

Dan:yah,but i can come tomorrow if….

 

Me: (interrupted) no,it’s fine am coming..

 

I hung up and fixed myself then walked out..

 

I got in the car and he was busy with his phone then he put it in between his thighs,his car was smelling so nice i guess it was his Cologne and he was wearing a a white vest,black jeans and sneakers,gosh the vest revealed his body,the six pack sent me to heaven immediately,damn this motherfu.cker was handsome… Him:you didn’t had to come, you sounded like you were angry.

 

Me:mmmhh

 

Him:wanna talk about it?

 

Me:no

 

Him: okay i understand.

 

Me:no you don’t understand, i can’t believe he did that to me, to think i love him

Me:i mean instead of coming to see me and apologized for what he did,he makes

 

her pregnant.

 

Him:(bored) i see

 

Me:gosh i can not believe his ass,what kind of a man he is?

cheating.

Me:i can’t believe i slept with him on our first date,i feel so dirty,oh gosh what am i

Him:(annoyed)am sure

 

Me:why can’t he see that,now am calling him and his ignoring my calls(crying) i don’t even know whaat to do anymore, i can’t live without him.i love him..

 

 

Him;you know what why don’t you go and see him talk to him face to face,maybe there’s a better explanation because am not an expert when it comes to heartbreaks and cheating and making another woman pregnant while you with the other…

 

Me:(smile)you know what, you right i should go and see him,,drop me there i will direct you..

 

He disappointedly start the car and drove away,in the car we were quite,all i could think of was the first thing am gonna say to Lucky when i got…we arrived at his house and i got out without saying goodbye,i went to the door and knocked while Dan drove away..The door opened and Lucky was shocked to see me.. Me:hi

 

Lucky:hi…come in…i was gonna come this evening,i need to talk to you..

 

Me: (sit down) about what?your pregnat fiance or the fact that you engaged and you never told or maybe because i cauught you redhanded with your pants down with the very same woman whose carrying your child as we speak? Lucky:(rubbing his hands)yeah about all that.

 

Me:i called you earlier and you ignored my call.

 

Lucky: i was busy

 

Me:okay fine,now am here, talk…

 

Lucky:first of all i want you to know that i never took you for granted, i really loved you and still do..

 

Me: what exactly are you saying to me Lucky?

 

Lucky: my uncles want me to marry her since i paid lobola,and that she’s pregnant now..

 

Me: so you marrying her to please your uncles.?

 

Him:no Thula, am marrying her because i want my child to grow up in a stable home,where there’s both parents, i grew up without my parents and I don’t want that for my child,i hope you understand.. Me: (teary)so what was i to you?

 

Him:(held my hands)you are my everything, the love of my life,i know you are hurting right now and i dont blame you,when i met you,me and Xoli were having problems, i caught her having sex with my bestfriend,am marrying her because of the baby..

 

Me:and what happened in your office?

 

Him:(wiping my tears)that was just a moment of weakness.

 

Me:how long is she?

 

Him:four months..

 

 

Me:okay,i’m not gonna stand in your way,good luck with your marriage, hope one daay you will find happiness..

 

Lucky:i love you so much,and don’t you ever doubt that for a minute and am sorry for everything that I’ve put you through, i wish things were different but they not,i know one day you’ll find someone whose gonna love you and worship the ground you walk on..

 

He kissed me passionately..

 

Me:if you really love me then fight for us.

 

Lucky:i tried but the odds are against us,the thing is before we broke up with Xoli lobola was already paid and now she’s threatening to run away with my child if we don’t get married..
