Continuation From the Last Episode:

 

“I will have to take my leave right away queen Beauty.” King Darken said, still smiling.

 

“Alright then, I will see you or shall come myself to your Kingdom King Darken.” Beauty told him.

 

 

The demon King bowed slightly and transformed into his demon dark smoke and left through the throne room window.

 

No matter how convincing King Darken is, she has to stay alert.

 

Bearing that in her mind, she stood up and disappeared and appeared at the Cave were Cretin lives.

 

The beast must have known about her coming because he was already at the surface of the dark water before she made her appearance.

 

“Greetings to you Cretin.” Beauty greeted as she saw the beast.

 

“And greetings to you, the new Queen of vampire.” Cretin said with almost the same tone Beauty had used in greeting him, only difference is the voice wasn’t as smooth like Beauty own.

 

Beauty smiled, Cretin tends to know things without being told.

 

“You know what brought me here, right my Lord?” Beauty asked as she stared at the beast.

 

“Yes I know but I would love to hear it from your mouth Beauty.” Cretin answered her.

 

“Like you had said, truly, I and King Darken of the demon kingdom had agreed to work together for me to ascend the Millennium throne.” Beauty told him. “He came to tell me himself how he would love to join hands with me not too long ago.” She added.

 

“Good, though you have to be very careful with him. He is not to be trusted.” Cretin said to her.

 

“I know my Lord, I know his helping me wasn’t from his heart, but I will make him think I am a fool for not knowing his motives until the last minute, then I will surprise him.” Beauty said smiling.

 

 

“I like your sense of reasoning, Beauty. You are always alert. Just be careful of him and strike him when he least expected.” Cretin told her.

 

“Somehow, he knew I had killed my father, who could have told him because when I asked him how he got to know, he told me someone else had given him the information, so who could that be my Lord?” Beauty asked.

 

“His mate, Lora.” Creature answered after he had closed and opened his eyes.

 

“Lora? The Queen of Scorpions?” Beauty asked to be sure she heard right.

 

“Yes, her. She was the one who had told him and had advised him to come to you.” Cretin confirms her curiosity.

 

“Maybe she realized how powerful I am.” Beauty said with a side smirk.

 

“Yes, but do not forget that as a scorpion Queen she has powers like that of a witch so I will advise you to trend with caution whenever you are with her.” Cretin advised her.

 

“I will my Lord, thanks for the information.” Beauty thanked the god.

 

“You are welcome.” Cretin said and went back into the water and Beauty disappeared.

Millennium Kingdom:

 

River opened her eyes after hearing what her Uncle had said.

 

So Royal was right after all, it was my uncle who had sent that beast to attack us.

 

River thought.

 

 

Confronting him now would let him know she knows about his plan, but if she doesn’t confront him and deal with whatever he sent to them, she might get to know his next plan as long as he stays in the palace with them.

 

She tapped Royal gently to wake him up and Royal opened his eyes on the first tap.

 

“It hasn’t reached five minutes. I closed my eyes to sleep, are you really that hungry my love?” Royal teased her as they made no move to get out of bed, they were enjoying each other’s warm body.

 

“I am hungry but I didn’t wake you up for that Royal, I overheard something and want to tell you.” River told him.

 

“What did you hear?”

 

“You were right about my uncle. He was the one who had sent the beast that attacked us.” River told him. “I overheard him talking to someone, I don’t know who it was because the person didn’t speak, and telling the person he wants a stronger attack this time around.” She added softly.

 

“A stronger attack? For who?” Royal asked with knee interest.

 

“For us Royal. He plans to attack us again and this time he told the person to make our powers immune to whoever that is going to attack us.” River responded.

 

“And how did you get to know about this River, you and I stayed on the same bed.”

 

“Well it’s one of my powers, I can be able to connect to the ground and hear whatever conversation one is having from anywhere around. That was how I had heard the conversation of Queen Floral and her handmaid.” River responded, lifting up her head to stare into his eyes.

 

“Wow, I won’t be surprised if you have the kind of powers your mother had, she can be able to do anything with her thoughts, she is a very special wolf.” Royal

 

 

said leaning down his head without difficulty to peck River on her forehead. “I am so lucky to have you River.” He added.

 

“I do too.” River said closing her eyes briefly. “So about my uncle what do you suggest I do?” She asked.

 

“We shouldn’t confront him yet, let whatever he sends come, I will deal with it, be it a beast or any of the supernaturals.” Royal answered. “Confronting him would make him hide his real motives, so we should just allow him to make a fool of himself.” He added.

 

“I had thought the same too my love but I know uncle Isaac wants the throne if not he wouldn’t have fought with my father over the throne and left the kingdom, he only came back because of the throne.” River told him and her stomach made a hungry noise. “I am hungry and want to eat for real this time around.” River said getting up from the bed and went to open the door and was surprised to see Jeffrey standing there as a guard.

 

Well, he is performing his duty.

 

She thought and cleared her throat to draw his attention to her.

 

“Jeffrey.”

 

“Yes my Queen.”

 

“Get me and my mate food and if you try anything funny with our food, I will cut you into many pieces that no witch or wizard can bring you back.” River threatened and had a second thought. “Don’t bother about getting us food, I will get it myself.” She said and disappeared and the door closes by itself.

 

Few minutes later, River reappeared with a servant girl who carried a large tray of food.

 

Royal was sitting upright in the bed immediately he saw the food.

 

The servant girl dropped the food on top of the bed and quickly left the room.

 

 

“I was going to remind you of what you had told me about Jeffrey but your brain did because I won’t eat whatever he brings.” Royal chided her with a smile on his face.

Wolfe Crimson Kingdom:

 

Tyler wakes up and finds his bed empty, his thoughts were filled with River and Beauty.

 

What if by the end of the day, Beauty didn’t get the throne and River did, he would lose big time.

 

He didn’t want to lose River.

 

But what if River forgives him and Beauty wins, would Beauty give him another chance?

 

He pondered hard and didn’t know what to do.

 

First thing first he has to go back to the Millennium kingdom and ask for River forgiveness. Once she forgives him, his next step would be taking her from that Royal and making her his once again. He stood up from his bed and wore the clothes he had worn. He was putting on his boots when Beauty appeared, starling him a bit.

 

“Would you please try to make a noise before coming, you almost gave me a heart attack.” Tyler said.

 

“You are my mate so I will come whenever I like my love, anyway, I came to let you know that I am now the new Queen of the vampire kingdom.” Beauty told him.

 

“Why would you become Queen when your father is still alive?” Tyler asked.

 

 

“I don’t know when my father would return, but I have already sent him a message and he accepted.” Beauty lied to him with ease.

 

“Okay.” Tyler said.

 

“Apart from that I also came here for another reason, you are going to the Millennium Kingdom tomorrow morning.” Beauty told him.

 

“Tomorrow morning? What for?” Tyler asked. Why would she want him to go to the Millennium Kingdom or did she know he was going there to see River behind her back?

 

“To challenge River for the throne.” Beauty answer reminding the wolf prince of their discussion they had earlier today.

 

Tyler who had forgotten about their discussion remembered.

 

“But I can’t fight a woman.” Tyler protested.

 

“Like I told you before, I will be the one to fight her. Just lure her into agreeing to fight for the throne and I will take the test from there.” Beauty told him. “If I win which I am 100% sure I will, she will forfeit the throne and you shall become the next person to sit on the throne. I am doing all these because I truly love you Tyler.”

 

“Okay, I will challenge her tomorrow.” Tyler said, earning a smile from Beauty.

 

“And I love you too.” Tyler added after a while.

 

“Don’t worry your handsome head, the throne is yours.” Beauty assured him.

Witch Kingdom;

 

Mari and Luke who had just finished eating smiled at each other as Luke stood up from the chair to pack the used plate to the kitchen.

 

 

Mari who had been sitting on the air in India style wasn’t that surprised when Queen Latifah appeared before her.

Demon Kingdom:

 

King Darken transformed into his human self once he was in his chamber.

 

He was very happy with the way things have gone between him and Beauty.

 

He will always be alert. If Beauty can kill her father, then she is willing to do anything to sit on that throne which won’t be happening because he will be her obstacle.
