Continuation From the Last Episode:

“Someone we are yet to know.” Dark replied. “Royal doesn’t even seem to know who River is.” He added.

“And how do you know that?” Green chip in.

“He told me himself, he is searching for River to pass him or her a message and I don’t know what the message is all about.” Dark responded.

“Well, Royal will eventually tell me what the message is all about when I pay him a visit.” Ice told the rest.

“So tell me son, who did this to you?” King Lucas asked his son Immediately they were alone. He had ordered the guards out of the room once the kingdom healer had left.

“Father, I don’t know. I thought it was a mere dream but waking up and seeing this wound shows it was real.” Tyler responded recalling the terrible dream he just had. “I felt the pain when one of them bit me and that woke me up, plus I could communicate with them, they talked to me father.”

“What did they say?”

“The wolves, they talked to me in their form.” Tyler repeated.

“So you weren’t joking when you said that first, that the wolves can talk?”

“No father, I haven’t seen such a Wolf before in my entire life.” Tyler replied, getting out of his bed as he stood before his father. “Three of the Wolve’s height ate like this.” He gestures with his good arm to his chest level. “And the other one that is white, is bigger and larger than the other three.” Tyler describes their heights.

“I haven’t come across such a Wolf before, neither a Wolf that could talk, it’s very rare to see a Wolf talk in their form.” King Lucas said.

“That was why I was shocked when I saw them first, anyone who saw them will be shocked to their bone marrow.” Tyler told his father. He went over to his room window and stared outside looking around the quiet kingdom. “And I could remember closing my window.” He added.

“Did they give any significant reason for their actions?” King Lucas asked his son.

“Yes, they said I beat up someone and warned me never to try such a thing again. I was bitten because of one servant I had beat.” Tyler responded.

“And you don’t know the particular servant they were talking about?”

“No, I beat up many servants on a daily basis, especially Royal, but I don’t seem to know who they were referring to, but I will find out who had sent those wolves to me, to attack me in my dream.” Tyler replied.

“Good, we need to find out the particular servant who did this.”

“Yes father.” Tyler agreed with his father. “Tomorrow.”

The Next Morning….

Wolfe Crimson Kingdom:

Tyler had called out six of the servants- all males- he normally takes out his anger on, those he normally beats and Royal was among them.

“Good morning my King, good morning my Prince.” The six servants said in unison as they entered the throne room where father and son were already seated and waiting for them.

“Do you know why you all are here?” King Lucas asked.

“No my King.” The servants said in unison.

“I will tell you, last night my son was attacked by some wolves in his dream, large wolves who can talk in their form. My son said they came to warn him because of one of you here. I don’t have much to say but if you are the one who sent those talking wolves to my son and one of them bite him, come out before I use my other means to-” King Lucas, Tyler and the five servants except royal still as a statue.

Jeffrey was up, he quickly had his bath, changed into another set of clothes and was out of his chamber, walking towards Issac chamber. He had told the palace cook to prepare something quick for Isaac and had used his own hands to bring the tray of food to Isaac’s room. Before he reach Isaac room, he pretended he had forgotten something and went back to his chamber with the food, once he was inside his chamber, he made sure he locked the door and drop the tray of food on the floor before proceeding to his bed and lifted it up to reveal the bottle the Fairy Queen had given to him through her handmaid. He took it, opened it and poured some of its contents into the food he was to give Isaac, the content dropped into the food and immediately blended with the food. Keeping the bottle back under his bed, he proceeded to Isaac chamber and gave him the tray of food, and now he was going to Isaac chamber to see if he had eaten the food.

He knocked once and Isaac opened the door immediately, he had already taken his bath and was dressed in the same clothes he wore before.

“Good morning my Lord.” Jeffrey greeted.

“Morning Jeffrey.” Isaac said and allowed the other man in. “I need you to tell the palace tailor to come before night falls and take my measurements for sewing, I wouldn’t be seen wearing just one cloth.” He told Jeffrey.

“Yes my Lord.” Jeffrey said and squeezed his nose as an awful smell hit his nose.

“And one more thing.” Isaac said and went over to his bed, bent down and brought out the tray of food he hadn’t eaten. They were rotten, smelling and filled with maggots. “Who prepared this dish?”

“I don’t know, there were many servants in the kitchen when I ordered them to quickly prepare you your dinner.”

“The food is not good, I had perceived a foul smell coming out of the food when you brought it and decided not to eat it, by midnight I decided to check it again and saw this so take it out of my sight immediately.”

“Yes my Lord.” Jeffrey said and bends down to pick the tray, straighten up, turning and walking towards the door.

“From now henceforth, I will be in the kitchen when they are preparing my breakfast.” Isaac said mostly to himself and stopped Jeffery. “Oh least I forget, tell the palace messengers to go to the whole kingdoms and inform the king’s and Queen’s of the death of the fairy Queen.”

“Yes my Lord.” Jeffrey said and was out of the chamber. His plan didn’t work and even though Isaac had said he would be in the kitchen watching how his food is prepared, he still has some other ways to lace Isaac food or drink with the poison.
