Episode 47

 

Sierra’s POV

 

 

I undress Savannah and bath her after which I wore her her jumper and lay her inside the baby monitor.

 

 

Zach came inside the room and walk towards me, he dropped his briefcase on the bed and kissed my cheek.

 

 

“Welcome honey.” I greeted.

 

“Thank you sweetheart,I just have to quickly take my bath.” He said and removed his Tuxedo suit jacket. After removing the jacket he started undoing the shit botton.

 

 

I turned to face him and started helping him out with the shirt.

 

 

“You are too quiet this evening babe, are you okay.” He asked and I nodded.

 

“I am fine, just tired.” I replied. He cupped up my chin and stare at me for a minute.

 

 

“Are you sure? Or you wanna talk about it? You know that if you wanna talk i’mma listen to you.” He said in a thick Miami accent. “Am just so worried Zach.” I said and sat down on the bed.

 

“Why are you worried? Tell me.” He persists.

 

 

“Kierra, I just feel so restless whenever I think of her.” I said and he heaved a sigh.

 

“Do you want to visit her house? He asked and I quickly nodded.

 

“But her husband said that she traveled.” He added yet again.

 

 

“I don’t believe him babe, I want to visit my sister this is so unlike her.” I said and he nods in agreement.

 

 

“Okay ,tomorrow morning we will visit her house okay? He said and I nods. After removing his shirt I went inside the bathroom and mixed his bath for him.

 

 

He enter the bathroom and wrap his hands around me then kissed my neck.

 

“Thank you.” He said before releasing me.

 

 

“You are welcome honey, I’ll go check up on Savannah.” I said and left the bathroom.

 

I got inside the room and went to the baby monitor.

 

My child was named Savannah Ariel Marvin by his father.

 

I loved the name though,he told me to pick a name for her but I couldn’t so he did it himself.

 

 

She have got all her dad’s features, his nose, his hazel eyes and his thin lips.

 

She’s just too beautiful, I smiled at her and went back to the bed.

 

I brought out my phone and dial Kierra’s number, still the same problem.

 

It is always switched off which is rare to do.

 

Kierra can never switch up her phone.

 

I dropped my phone dejectedly on the bed and lay down on my side,the bathroom door opened and Zach walk out.

 

 

He opened the closet and walk inside after some minutes later he came out with his night robe on.

 

The bed sink beside me and he wrapped his hands around me.

 

 

“Don’t think too much babe,just go to sleep.” He said as he rub my back soothingly.

 

 

I close my hand and smuggle into his chest more as I drifted off to sleep.

 

“I love you.” I muttered sleepily.

 

 

“I love you more babe, good night.” He said and kissed my hair.

 

 

Danny’s POV

 

 

Kierra woke up early and came to wake me up.

 

We are to go to Killian’s house today to get the divorce papers sign.

 

 

“Good morning Kierra.” I greeted as I rub off the sleep in my eyes.

 

 

“Good morning Danny.” She replied and pat my back.

 

I took my bath and ready to leave.

 

 

“Have you brought the papers? Kierra asked and I nodded.

 

 

I hand it over to her as she clutched tightly to herself.

 

We entered the car and drove along to Killian’s house.

 

The drive was quiet and I keep wondering what Kierra might be thinking.

 

 

I placed my hand on top of hers and took a quick glance at her.

 

 

“Are you okay? I asked and she nodded.

 

 

“I am good Danny.” She said and fake a smile.

 

I knew that she is not fine, but she is perfect in masking her emotions.

 

 

The ride was long and boring as I keep stealing glances at Kierra. I turn on the radio and ‘Helplessly’ by Tatiana manaois was playing.

 

 

I don’t really like the song since it is a breakup song but I think Kierra needs it because she keep singing along.

 

 

 

I drove into the driveway to Killian’s mansion and Kierra stiffened. I held her hand into mine and gave it a light squeeze.

 

 

“I got your back Kierra.” I whispered and she nodded nervously.

 

I packed the car at the empty space and we walk towards the door. We knock on it and a middle age woman came out.

 

 

She saw Kierra and hugged her.

 

 

“Ma’am where have you been? I was so worried about you.” She said which caused Kierra to smile.

 

 

“I have been with a friend Mrs Vanessa,where is Killian.” She asked immediately we got in and there the devil himself was climbing downstairs leisurely like nothing happened.

 

 

“So you run to your lover? He asked sarcastically and furrow his brow.

 

 

“Why are you here anyway? He added and Kierra stood up, she walk closer to him and hand flipped the papers in front of her.

 

 

“I need you to sign this divorce papers Killian, am tired of this marriage.” Kierra said and he started laughing like a loosed being.

 

 

“Oh really? Jeez you got no shame? Bringing your lover into your husband’s house? And you expect me to sign those papers?

 

 

“Killian you…..” I tried to say something but he interrupted me.

 

 

“You stay away, this talk is between me and my wife, my fu.cking wife.” He sneered at me.

 

 

“Look I….” The door bell interrupt what he has to say and the cook quickly

 

open the door.

 

 

“Kierra? A familiar voice called and we turned around swiftly.

 

 

“What the fu.cking hell is those bruises on your face? Sierra asked. She was already fuming.

 

 

“You motherf**ker!! Sierra yelled as she lounged at Killian.

 

 

I have always known Sierra to be a quiet simple lady but today she proved me otherwise. Her expression is that of a tiger.
