Zach’s POV

 

She stare at me with a surprise expression.

 

“Hi Baby” i said to her and pinch her cheek.

 

“Zach” she called.

 

I sat down beside Sierra and took my hand in hers.

 

“I visited Danny’s home and I heard that you moved out” I said and she nodded.

 

“Yes I did”

 

“Why? Tell me everything I need to know” I added and she bit her lower lip avoiding any eye contact with me.

 

“I bridged the contract Zach” she said and look up her eyes puffy and red.

 

“What do you mean? Danny said you moved out because you want to” I said totally confused.

 

“I love Danny” she said and look away.

 

“I felled in love with him but I guess am not his type,my job, my personality,my character they are out of his league.

 

After he told me what he felt,I don’t see any reason to stay any more” she replied and tears escaped her eyes.

 

 

Sierra went to sit beside her and held her to herself.

 

“I was just guessing sister,I never knew that you actually love him” Sierra said as she keep consoling Kierra.

 

“Danny is not that a tough person,Daniel is a wild guy with a funny personality.

 

He loves clubbing and all sort but it all ends when Ariana died.

 

Ariana was his unborn child’s mother but unfortunately she died with the pregnancy.

 

He was hurt and still hurt,do you know countless of women I hired in other to

 

bring him back to his old self?

 

It all turn abortive.

 

You are the only hired woman that lasted long with Danny Kierra.

 

If you really love Danny,kierra you have to put up a tough front else you gonna back down.

 

I know that deep down inside him he still got lots of love to share with you” I said and she looked at me.

 

“Really? You think so? She asked

 

“Am perfectly sure baby,Danny is my younger brother and I must say I know almost everything about him” i retorted confidently.

 

“What is his best coffee? She asked and I smiled.

 

“Cappuccino”

 

“His best type of suit? She asked again.

 

“Armani”

“Give my boyfriend a break sis,all this to prove a point? Sierra asked and we laughed.

 

Seeing Kierra laugh makes me happy,at least I get to see her smile again.

 

Like Zach said before Kierra you used to be the one consoling me and fighting for me.

 

You used to be the tough one among us but right now I can’t tell.

 

I love you Kierra,heavens know that I really do and am sure you feel the same too.

 

You can’t eat your cake and still have it sis.

While saying this they both were already crying I looked at the door and there mom was standing there with a watery eyes.

 

I need to stop this.

 

“If I didn’t got sick,if only I didn’t all this won’t be happening” she added.

 

“I am sorry Kierra,you got yourself into this mess because of me.

 

Your dignity as a woman was tainted because of me.

 

What do I do? To make things better?

 

I always ask myself this question repeatedly.

 

Am not going to support your attitude if you go back to your formal job Kierra, Zach can help.

Kierra was crying uncontrollably I was moved.

We waited patiently for her to reply,she nodded her head gently and Sierra hugged her tight.

 

“Thank you Sierra,you are more than a sister” Kierra said.

 

“You are the best sister Kierra, I wish that I can change the hands of time” Sierra said and sniffed in.

 

They disengage and then saw Mrs Brown beside them.

 

“Am sorry mom,this unfilial child of yours is sorry” Kierra said and bowed her head.

 

“You are great my daughters, what good have i ever done to deserve both of you? I love you both” she said and they hug themselves.

 

She repeatedly kiss there forehead.

 

Damn this is so emotional I didn’t know when my eyes became wet.

 

They disengage .

 

After some minutes I introduce a topic to wash away the awkward moment.

 

“Am famished again,my cornflake is soaked up already” Kierra said.

 

“Mind me cooking? I asked

 

 

“Really? Soon to be brother in-law I can’t wait to have a taste” she said and licked her lips.

 

We put out a bet and I remove my suit jacket and roll up my sleeve.

 

Mrs Brown left for her room while we all headed to the kitchen.

 

“Tell me baby,why does Danny detest strippers? Sierra asked.

 

“Ariana was once one of them”
