I woke up still feeling dizzy, I found myself in a kin sized bed in a beautiful and big room
Wow, the pink wallpapers, the couch, this room is magnificent
Buh what really Happend? I tried to stand up but my body is so weak, I cant even raise my hands, I turned to head to right, I saw a picture of someone I know
Wait a minute, that is Tessa, I tried to grab the picture buh my hands are weak, was I drugged or something
I barely remember what Happend before I passed out. So Tessa lives here?
I don’t even know what am thinking right now, I gave up trying to stand up as I closed my eyes again
But I am not feeling too comfortable, I sat up on the bed as I groaned in pains, my whole body is aching me so bad
I dropped my legs from the bed and I stood up, my legs were shaking, I took a step, and another one, I was almost at the door but my feet’s got cold immediately
I fell as I screamed in pains, I heard footsteps approaching, the door slid open as Mrs Douglas and Tessa ran into the room
“Hey, why did you stand up, you are still weak” Tessa said as she tried to pull me up
They carried me back to the bed.
“What Happend?” I asked weakly
“Well, you had a fever, I guess you didn’t notice it, when you were about to turn, you just fell dizzy and you passed out, but the doctor said you just need some rest for a few days and you will be alright” Mrs Douglas explained.
“Ohh, am really weak” I replied with a faint smile
“Oh hi Tessa, is Mrs Douglas your mom?” I asked
“Yes, and we live here” she replied smiling
Tessa: don’t worry you will be fine. How about you live with us here in school days then you go back to your house on weekends?
Camilla: uhhm, that is not necessary, I will just live at my house
Tessa : please….. Just live with us here, I really like you, and you know am the
only female here and mom is always busy
Camilla: uhmm, okay.. Sure
Tessa : awwwn thanks sweedy I will finally get a gist mate and a sister
Camilla: you are welcome Bby
“Okay, get some rest, Tessa will go and prepare your room while I will go and prepare something for you to eat” Mrs Douglas said
‘Okay “I replied
The both went out and I fell asleep again
Xavier
Gosh, it wasn’t really intentional, I had no idea a stranger was in the house and it was even Camilla
I don’t hide my powers when I am at home and I walked into the kitchen with that same energy that was why Camilla passed out
She won’t be able to do anything until I drained the energy back from her body
And her body is too small and weak to carry the same energy I carry that is why she is feeling weak and dizzy
And I won’t help her either
My mom and Tessa barged into my room like I stole something from them
Mom : Xavier, you just wounded Camilla, you are lucky enough she believed that she is having a fever
I mean, what if she got hurt badly?
Xavier: she is a strong girl that is why she is still alive, she’s gonna be fine
Mom: she will be living with us
Xavier: what??? Are you kidding me??? Mom please that is not going to happen.
Why on earth are you tormenting me??. If she stays here I won’t be able to live.
How do you expect me to live under the same roof with a human girl, and of course you know I hate females and is not the only thing, am attracted to her of which I don’t want to
Mom, please you have to change your mind, If she touches me, I don’t know what I might do to her, I don’t wanna kill any other person
Mom : common son, you will have to learn to control your powers, you are not a beast, you just have some dark powers which makes you a demon but you also have good powers, that is the light in you
I don’t always see the dark in you son, I also see the light in you.
And you have the ability to change from a demon to a normal demi god
Xavier: but I can’t control it!
Mom: then you will have to practice it
Xavier: mom, you know this is unfair.

I grabbed my jacket as I went out of the house, I just need some fresh air
I walked through the whole estate, the thought of Jessica came running through my head
Yea, I got some dark past of which I can’t let go
Well, Jessica was a girl back in highschool that had s crush on me, she was rude arrogant, evil and mean just like her mother
She is also a demi god, she is pretty but evil, we were alone at home, she tried to seduce me bit I was not in the mood
I pushed her away from me. Her powers were activated unknown to me
Her mom spoke through her head to kill my mom. I didn’t realise she wasn’t in her right sense
She walked downstairs while I laid on my bed, but I wasn’t feeling good, my instincts were calling out my name.
I walked downstairs towards the kitchen I saw Jessica holding a knife, she was standing beside my mom who was on a phone call
My heart dropped, I couldn’t do anything, my mom noticed someone was behind her. She turned slowly but Jessica couldn’t stab her directly, she gave my mom a cut on her hands
The moment I saw the blood I lost control, the dark powers in me came to play.
Just from my stares, I strangled her to death. She fell down flat.
I was back to normal when I realised I have killed someone.
Her mom ran away because she was the cause of her child’s death. Jessica was buried, cops were not involved.
Since that day I stayed away from humans, mostly females
I hate myself.

Well maybe you see why I cant love a female
I turned as I walked back to the house,I barely entered when my mom walked up to me
Mom: Xavier, please I know its hard for you too, but you have to heal Camilla. You have to drain your powers from her body so that she can walk properly and be healthy her body is too small to carry all that energy you know.
Xavier : mom I can only do that by kissing her and having facial contact
Mom: then do it
Xavier: am sorry but I can’t.
