” I said I will fu.cking kill you, did you know what you stupidly interrupted?” He said over the phone. I’m sure if Nate is here he’d be long buried alive

 

I couldn’t stop laughing at how frustrated he looks right now like someone whose favorite pet was stolen

 

I drew closer to him placing my head on his shoulder.

 

My hands caress his bare body, he’s been shirtless all this while .

 

I believe the drooling is natural, he’s my boyfriend and I have the right to drool right?

 

I will be damn jealous to see any other girl seeing him this way.

 

” And you think I can’t do that because I love my sister?, I will break your damn head ” he said

 

” Okay, I will see you later ”

 

” Shut up ” he said and hung up

 

” Nate is such a kill joy, imagine he didn’t even say anything meaningful ” he sighed

 

 

” well I’m glad he interrupted, I cheated you in the game and I’m sorry to announce that I am not playing again ” I said running off into the room ignoring the stares from other students while Ryan ran after me

 

” That’s not fair babe ”

 

” I know you love me ” I replied sarcastically before jumping on the bed

 

” I still catch ya, with or without the game I will kiss you love bug ” he pinned me to the bed with his hand ruffling my hair

 

He brought his face closer to me

 

 

” You smell like rose baby and I wish to inhale you everyday, if you are an alcohol I will be taking you every second not minding if I get drunk . If you are a drug love I don’t mind being an addict. I love you so much, I can’t seems to get enough if being close to you all the time”

 

He said pecking me .

 

I wrapped my hands around his neck kissing him shyly..

 

” I adore you my amor ” my lips claimed his.

 

We kissed passionately, even the world will know there’s love growing between us.

” I still don’t understand this periodic table, heaven knows chemistry and I don’t get along ” Nina said dramatically

 

” But you have to learn it or did you have any option?” I asked .

 

We will be writing our first exam tomorrow and it’s no time to play around. I might be playful but not with my books

 

” Yeah, that’s the only reason I’m learning it, I don’t want to fail and it’s just an elective ”

” Aren’t you going to continue reading your book? And you said you are tired ”

 

” I will miss intelligencia , I’m learning with my heart and mind not stomach and well, I’m tired of the book not food ”

 

” Meet Sofia my roommate ” Nina introduced .

 

Since 5months, this is the first time I’m entering her dorm

 

” Nice meeting you, you are Mara right?” She asked while I nodded staring at Nina She’s such a chatter box

 

” I’ve heard so many things about you ” ” I guess they aren’t bad ”

 

 

” Of course not, please sit ”

 

” We will be having girls hangout this weekend so be prepared” Nina said nonchalantly like there’s nothing in this world bothering her

 

” We are in exam period Nina , no hangout. We could utilise the time by reading ”

 

” There is exam doesn’t mean we shouldn’t have fun babe , duh! You are so boring ” she dramatised

 

” It’s just for a few hours ” Sofia chirped .

 

I sighed .

 

I guess she’s having a roommate like her

 

 

 

 

 

” We are getting late baby , get into the car already , we still need to pick up Nate and Nina ” Ryan said getting into the driver’s seat

 

” Coming ” he draw my cheeks playfully kissing my forehead before opening the passenger door for me .

 

” Thanks my amor ” I was about entering the car when someone yelled his name ..

 

I abruptly stopped to see a lady approaching us .

 

She was dresses beautifully and wealth is written all over her .

 

I glanced at Ryan who stood expressionless before masking it with a smile

 

” Oh my goodness! Ryan I met you again ” she said hugging him and equally giving him a kiss

 

I felt a pang in my chest trying hard to control my temper

 

” Yeah, June what are you doing here ? ” He asked after they disengaged from the hug

 

” Well! I’m in this school too , I was heading to the class when I sighted you and decided to say hi ”

 

 

” That’s okay, we are heading to the class environ too but we will go pick up my friend and sister mind joining us in the car ?” Ryan asked while the June girl beamed

 

God! I wish to scream my lung right now telling her not to enter my boyfriend’s car but I couldn’t

 

” Yes I will be glad to join you guys” she said

 

Her eyes met mine which I returned it with a smirk .

 

I think I’m not going to like her, infact I hate her already

 

” June this is Mara my girlfriend and Mara meet June a friend I met two days ago ” Ryan wrapped his hands protectively around my waist while I held his hand smiling foolishly

 

” W..w..wow, nice meeting you Mara , I’m sure you are lucky to have the school most handsome guy as your boyfriend ” she said faking a smile.

 

I know the smile is fake, she’s not even friendly.

 

” Yeah, and I’m proud to be his girlfriend too ”

 

” Let’s go already, we wouldn’t want to be late for our first exams right ?” Ryan said sensing the tension between us

 

” I will sit with you Ryan ” June said .

 

My head growled achingly

 

Like taking my sit?

 

Not even Nina sits at the passenger seat with Ryan except me and this lady?

 

” As you can see that’s where I am sitting” I glared at her and sat beside Ryan ” Please Mara just this once ” she pleaded

 

Someone should tell her I don’t like her . The aura sorounding her smells awful. I looked through tje window ignoring her

 

Ryan took my hand into his and whispered to my ear

 

 

” Love bug, I’m yours only okay? Just let her sit with me for only today to avoid troubles, please baby ”

 

He’s really taking sides with this lady .. I angrily stood up opening the back seat .

 

June sat down smirking at me through the rare mirror. I know she’s evil…

 

“I’m very excited to have you seated next to me in the car, how much I have dreamt about that happening ” she said kissing him again ..

 

Tears welled up my eyes seeing another lady kissing my boyfriend in front of me .. Maybe they are a thing …

 

I buried my face on my thigh trying to calm my nerves

 

” I can’t wait to have you with me somewhere else where there’s no third party, it will be fun you know ”

 

My heart ached, my tears freely came my cheeks.

 

This is part of the reasons I have been single all this while …

 

I’m too emotional and vulnerable that i can’t do anything about it.

 

The anger in me intensified.

 

I loudly hit the car seat and Ryan halted the car ..

 

I supposed to be angry right? I hate you June whatever your surname is ….

 

 

 

This June should stay clear o ..

 

 

I’m looking for a stone to knack Ryan with … Though he’s still a sweetheart.

 

Anyways, if your guy is nice enough like Ryan better keep him o.
