Derrick knew perfectly well that he won’t meet up with Handsome due to his new work, so he texted him back that he won’t be chanced.

 

Time flew fast as the evening approaches, Derrick could be seen in his room changing into something common he grabbed his bag and then leave, he wanted to impress his boss on the first day.

 

On the other end too Ana was doing same, she had a pink handless top, on her ear were white earpiece she plugged in her ear allowing the cool music to play as she walked out of the room.

Handsome saw Derrick’s text in his phone and wondered why he said that he won’t be chanced, Derrick of all people who is always at home after school hours or was he trying to play smart?. Handsome gently dropped his phone and sighed relaxing on the couch.

Back to Mr Ellison’s house, the sensation which filled Mike’s room was just too much as the both of them Mike and Dera devoured each others lips as if they won’t see each other again which will probably happen one day. Drew kept moaning to every touch made by Mike who was an expert in the field, deep down she was dn wet waiting for Mike to finished what he started, he grabbed her nipples from inside her clothes,he unhooked her allowing the full angel in sight as he sucked it in pleasure. Soon he went into her Witt force as she held the bedsheet spread screaming.

Derrick had already started preparing stuffs which he saw in the list that will be needee for the day. Miss Angelina smiled due to the aroma she perceived coming from the kitchen made by Derrick, he’s just a perfect cook.

 

Ana from where she stood couldn’t withstand the sweet food flavour that filled the whole restaurant which since she came none of such she has heard but that of today is so special and unique, who could that be preparing the meal? she wanted to tip toe to the kitchen remembering what happened the previous day drew her back.

 

Derrick finally was done with the stuffs, which was to be transferred to Ana side of the restaurant.

 

“Ana”

 

“Yes ma’am “she replied with her small voice

 

“Go to the kitchen and picked the finished food to where it suppose to be ”

 

 

“Okay ma’am “She said walking to the kitchen, grabbed the door knob and twist it open.

 

She walked into the kitchen, Derrick was backing her and facing the wall it looked as if he Wed busy trying to prepare another meal, Ana smiled seeing that it’s a guy that did that wonderful meal. She paused, looking at the guy that stood before him who didn’t bother to look back.

 

“Hi”she said with her small voice

 

“Hi ” Derrick replied without looking back as she picked the food to where it supposed to be slamming the door from behind.

 

♥ ANA POV ♥

 

Immediately I entered my work place I saw another guy entered, he looked as if

 

I’ve met him before but how will I possibly know when he was backing me. He

 

hurried to the kitchen without wasting of time and the next thing I heard was a

 

sweet scent of cooked food. My mind kept telling me it’s someone I know but I

 

ignored it. How I wish I even saw his face,his body scent and structure was like

 

that of Derrick but impossible Derrick can’t be here working as a chef. My mind

 

kept disturbing me until I saw him again walking to the restroom still I couldn’t see

 

his face, my eyes caught my madam smiling at him so I wondered if they are

 

lovers.

♥ DERRICK POV ♥

 

Since my mom taught me how to cook since I was a kid. I had no problem in cooking that’s why I accepted the offer as a cook just to keep myself busy and provide for my family. My first day was not bad though but I had a feeling that someone farmaliar is here with me but that’s impossible because we are only two with the girl that always sells but how come am I having such feeling. Her small tiny voice came from my back sounding like that of Ana my crush when I was peeling onion, I replied without looking at her just to avoid some problems. But my instincts kept telling me to look back, I couldn’t because I was so busy until I heard her slam the door and walked out which I heaved a sigh of relief.

♥ ROSE POV ♥

 

Perfectly well I know that Ana has something in her heart for Derrick bit she’s just pretending to be angry anytime Derrick shows up. I always wish she accepts her heart language and tell Derrick how she feels for him before its too late. I couldn’t control myself when I saw Derrick, I knew I had the same feelings Ana is having for him too but I have to get rid of it just for peace to reign. I don’t want to hurt her because of Derrick. I felt like telling her to make a move but everything ruined the time Handsome came in and Ana pretended to be in love with handsome which got Derrick annoyed, I watched him left in annoyance I felt like calling him back but I controlled myself just for some reasons.

The moon was shining giving out its natural light, just like the sun in the day. The thoughts that filled Patricia’s mind was uncountable as she sat outside watching the moon. I watched my mistress telling me that It would have been better for his son to have a thirst of me, the words went deep down my heart and shattered it into pieces. From that day I knew that I was not safe again from Mike cause he might want to rape me anytime he wishes. I felt my tears rolling down my cheek when I knew that I had nowhere to go to but I knew perfectly well that one day I’m leaving the house for good

 

♥ MR ERIC POV ♥

 

Everyday I remembered how my son bailed me from the police cell I wondered where he got such ammount of money from since he’s not working, my mind skipped but all my prayers was just not for him to make tbe same mistake I made in life. I watched my children suffer all because I lack money, remembering my daughter who is working as a maid in someone’s house just to bring us the money

 

 

broke my heart. The government barned me from doing anything that will be profitable again, they just made tbe whole thing worse by making the law to be on my nerves but I knew perfectly well that I’m going to survive.

 

Back to the restaurant it was time for them to close for the day as Derrick changed into his normal clothe likewise Ana who did same in another room entirely.

 

Derrick grabbed his bag, he met his boss at the counter she smiled and then Derrick smiled also.

 

“Goodnight ma’am I’m going ” he said

 

“You are such a good cook man ” Miss Angelina said while Derrick smiled

 

“Thanks ma’am I gotta go now ” he said trying to walk out as miss Angelina gave him a #500 note.

 

“That’s to pay your way back home ”

 

“Thanks ma’am “he muttered and walked out Anna who was praying to come and meet him and see his face was late as she saw him taking a cab already home and he left while she left too after.

 

Derick got home, after paying the cab man he proceeded into his apartment opening the door and then locked it from behind after entering. He was damn tired but all thanks to his boss who paid his way back home. He collapsed on the bed for a while and then stood up, undressed and walked to the bathroom to have a quick shower. The cold running water could be heard splashing on his bare body. In less than 5 minutes he was out drying his body with a towel, he walked to the bed and sat down throwing the towel away since he was the only one staying there he had nothing to be afraid of. Just as he wanted to stand up, a knock sounded on his door, he glanced at his wristwatch to see his time reads 9:48pm. Wondering who could be the person looking for him, he grabbed his towel and then waited for the knock to come again for him to be sure it’s on his door and the knock came again.

 

“Who is there “? Derick asked in a deep masculine voice

 

 

“It’s me Derrick ” a sweet voice sounded from the door as he stood up walking to the door, he grabbed it and open it to see Rose standing before him, what was running through his mind was why she’s there and what she wants.

 

“Rose”?

 

“Yeah Derrick it’s me “she replied

 

“What do you want by this time Rose “? He asked after a long minutes of silence

 

“Is that how to welcome a visitor to your house”? She asked

 

“What are you doing here by this time “?

 

“Will you allow me in OR not?

 

“Okay fine come in “he said leaving the way for him after a few minutes of silence.

 

“You can sit on the bed ” he said pointing to the bed while he stood folding his

 

hands watching her.
