The next day I was discharged from the hospital and every one was home my sister,my dad,my mom,my aunt,Ben and the mother where coming next day after the burial, but Ben couldn’t wait to see the baby he kept calling I answered ben:mwelwa does the baby look like me,I laughed at him.
Me:don’t forget am still mad at you
Ben: Please mwelwa lets be happy am so sorry lets do it for my son am sure he wants to grow up with happy parents doesn’t he.
Me:I smiled will talk later I heard mom calling,ok bye.
Ben:bye am coming tomorrow.i went in the living found baby crying mom had already changed his nappies and asked me who where you talking to
Me:it was Ben he said his coming with his mom tomorrow I didn’t want anyone to know I was devastated but kept it cool.
I took the baby from mom and breastfeed him and my aunt asked.
Aunt:oh have you come up with a name for your baby boy
Me:yes he has,his name is Tristan junior they all laughed I said Ben gave it to him.i gave the baby to my sister and went to take a shower it was a Long day, plus I needed it,mom came in to tell me supper is ready.

Mom:were you crying
Ne:no mom I wasn’t its just that am not okay after those labour pains,
Mom:they will go away I know you are not well I know you too well
I cried, mom Ben hurt me again
Mom:all dear am so sorry don’t let everyone see you are not well, it would affect the baby stay strong ,I dressed up and went to the dinning and ate supper we took the plates to the kitchen my dad followed me
Dad:awww my princess am so proud of you,i don’t talk about my dad cause his a busy man his a truck driver so he goes out of the country very weekend
Dad:baby he handed an envelop.
Dad:their is k3000 in the envelope for you and the baby
Me:I smiled dad you shouldn’t have I love you,thanks we hugged and he left with my sister and went home , I put the baby to sleep and slept,in the morning the baby woke up with his crying I breastfeed him he smiled just after that my phone vibrated it was an unknown number. I checked it was bertha,mwelwa am sorry I regret making your husband drunk,and talking advantage of him it was the only way, cause he always said his inlove with only one woman and that’s you,I am deeply sorry forgive him its not his doing,how dare she drug my husband,I felt bad I didn’t let Ben explain eish,after 30 min I heard bens voice and his mom,he was shouting mwelwa! bring the baby!,
I took the baby and gave him to the father and immediately Ben smiled and said while holding the baby hey daddy’s little man,me and you will be buddies hey young Ben junior he couldn’t keep his eyes off the baby, I left and went to clean the bedroom Ben followed and knocked.
Me:do you have to knock when its your bedroom
Ben:yes because you would slap me for entering without knocking
Me:I asked where’s the baby
Ben:his with his grandmother just after talking Ben changed his facial expression he closed the door,and knelt down.
Ben:mwelwa am sorry I don’t want us to continue like this I hate seeing you sad.
Me:its not your fault I forgive you
Ben stood up and gave me a very tight hug
Ben:I loveeeee you so much am glad we are back will be a complete family now,I smiled and we kissed passionately I felt great since it has been long I was too excited we took a bath together but didn’t make love I wasn’t too well and Ben respected my decision we dressed up left the baby with his grandmothers and went for ice cream me and Ben took a walk like the old days I was too happy
