All through that evening Femi was remembering his encounter with Cassandra, the evil lady, He remembered his first date with her, The strange woman had took him to her place for their date, Cassandra lived in a two bedroom apartment, Femi Can never forget that first date, Cassandra welcomed him with open arms and asked him what he would like to take, of which Femi responded “anything”. Later they had sex for 30 minutes, Cassandra was a sex machine and after that Se.x, Femi lost himself, he didn’t know what he was doing anymore.

Since that day, Femi couldn’t do without Cassandra and for the past two years all he did was to follow her orders. Cassandra noticed that Femi always wants to return home to his wife and children and she hated it whenever Femi returned home to his family, Cassandra decided to stop him from going home, She ordered Femi never to return to his family and he obeyed, for the past six months Femi lived with Cassandra the strange woman, Susan who was unaware of what was happening, thought Femi didn’t come home because he was angry with her. All those times, that Femi didn’t come home, he stayed over with Cassandra in her two bedroom apartment and everyday, he gave her huge amount of money. Things would had remained that way if Susan did not start praying again, She began to pray again and the spell Cassandra placed on her husband got broken.

The following day, Femi Went to his father and he told him everything, The old man was shocked, he had heard of such spells but he never believed it will be used on his only son, Femi asked his father to accompany him to their church as he needed a complete deliverance, They arrived their family church and the pastor prayed for Femi and told him that his wife’s unconditional love and prayers was what delivered him,

“you would have run mad, that’s why we men, should be careful, all these pretty girls are diabolic and desperate” The pastor told him and he shivered in fear. Femi was transfered to a prayer mountain where he fasted for days and prayed for himself. Not many men will receive mercy as Femi had received from God.

“Your mother is not your biologically mother, your mother and I met at the University and we were so much in love, your mother got pregnant twice for me when will were still in the University and I made her abort those pregnancies, so

when we got married long after we graduated from the University, the doctor told us that her womb was damaged and she would not be able to fall pregnant again, your mother was devasted, months later I hooked up with one of my lover, got her pregnant and when the child was born, the child was you, I brought you home when you were just 5 years old and I lied to my wife that I had adopted you from the orphanage and that was how she became your mother, but when she found out the truth that you we’re my biological son, she was devasted and she demanded for a divorce, which I declined at first but when I caught him talking to another man on the phone, I was forced to let her go, we got divorced and she got half of what I had and she left the country to Europe and I concluded that she might left with her lover, my son you see, it was all my fault” Femi’s father said calmly.

“So my life has been a lie, so mom is not my biological mother? assuming I knew I wouldn’t have interferred in that matter, Dad why are you just telling me now, why? I thought mom was wrong, I thought my mother was guilty, I never knew all these transpired between you and mom, I’m so foolish, I shouldn’t have took out all my anger on my own wife, what does she got to do in the matter?, I wasn’t thinking straight, I was frustrated and emotionally I was confused, if I had reasoned properly, I would have known that Susan will never misbehave, she is my back bone and a good woman, she could lay down her life for me, it’

s obvious I took her love for granted, Susan had sacrificed a whole lot for me, She stood by me when you, my own father rejected and abadoned me because we had a heated misunderstanding, I shouldn’t have treated my wife so badly, she stopped praying for me and I fell into the net of a diabolic lady, what would have happened if Susan didn’t show up at my office to wish me a happy birthday, I would have handed over all I and my wife laboured for to a strange woman, oh God thank you, how can I repay you Lord” Femi said in tears

“You mean all your wife told me was true? Why would you stop taking care of your wife, even if your mother did betray me, that doesn’t mean every woman is bad, you shouldn’t have been so unreasonable, I never knew that the constant marital problems you had with your wife was because of me, oh I’m sorry my son, please forgive me” Femi’s father responded remorsefully

“Mom, will always be my mom, its doesn’t matter if we are not related by blood, she is the only mother I know, I don’t care about what happened between you both, I will look for ways to reconnect with my mom” Femi added

Femi started arranging his life, he reconnected with his mother on Facebook and the woman was so happy to hear from him again. Femi then began his search for his wife and kids. All Femi wanted was to bring his wife and children back home .

Every one who heard Femi’s horrifying story, points out that it was just God’s mercy that Saved him.

And they urged him to look for his prayerful wife and reconcile with her, even thier pastor said the same thing.

Susan who was unaware of what was happening, was still mad at her husband. She was heartbroken and was always in tears

“I will never forgive him” she had told herself uncountable times.

She had returned to the village with her two children, She had instructed her father never to disclose her whereabout with anyone not even Femi or his family members .

I don’t want to have anything to do with Femi or his family, I’m done and never going back to that marriage, when I put myself together, I will surely divorce Femi and move on with my children” She had told her Father.

She was in tears and her father consoled her and wiped her tears. ” My daughter, Everything will be fine, never stop praying my child” Susan’s Father added. Susan tried everything she could to forget Femi but to her displeasure, her heart still beats for him.
