EPISODE 6
Whilst hugging, Ben slipped something into her pocket without her knowledge
They went inside and Becky was awed with the beautiful and glamorous sitting room.
“This is beautiful” she said
“Not as beautiful as your heart darling. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me. Will you please give me chance to make this house a home for us and our unborn children?” Ben said getting down on his left knee immediately he asked the question.
“Huh” that was all she could voice out with her eyes wide open.
“Becky, will you marry me? He asked this time hitting the nail right on the head.
“I will marry you Ben, I will make this house a home for us and our children.” She said excitedly while Ben slipped the most beautiful ring she had ever seen into her finger. He then stood up and gave her a deep kiss.
They were lost in their romantic world until the sounds of applause brought them back. Ben who invited them was surprised because he had totally forgotten.
People began to congratulate them while most of the ladies were appreciating her ring, the guys were busy pouring themselves drinks as they kept congratulating Ben.
“Becky!” she heard a familiar voice calling her.
She turned and came face to face with James, the guy she had rounds of sex with during the day.
Joan has been calling Musonda’s number but he wasn’t picking up.
“My husband, please I’m sorry. Don’t pay me back with my coins, please” Joan said as she cried more.
It’s past 8:00pm and her husband who left home in the morning is yet to return.
“I have betrayed the man who loved me. He has been so caring and loving but today I’ve ruined everything. He works very hard just to give me a good home and reach to all my demands yet I have destroyed everything all because of sex. I didn’t even open up to him on how I hate the sex schedule we have, yet I concluded he should understand with my reactions. I lied to Becky and Matilda about talking to him, just to play a victim. I spitted venoms out to him this morning all because he cared to look for me while I was drinking out my life and marriage. I’ll be so doomed if Muzo refuse to forgive me.” She thought as she weeped regretting her actions.
A message popped into her phone, and she was excited when she saw it was from her husband, Musonda
The message reads.
“Don’t expect me home tonight. You can go to your friends who wouldn’t sex you with a time table. My regards to your lesbian friends.”
Joan almost died on reading this.
Matilda has been in Kamulaza’s house since she left the supermarket. She asked for an explanation but Kamulaza silenced her with a deep kiss. He didn’t even apologize for cheating on her and insulting her mother via text message. He only touched the right button and Matilda melted right there. He slept with her like a slut and she enjoyed every bit of it. After having an affair, he still didn’t apologise and Matilda didn’t want to ruin the moment by demanding for it so she opted to shut her mouth. “For us to be together again, you have to follow my terms, okay?” He said stressing the ‘okay’.
Matilda couldn’t talk. She felt cheap and wished she hadn’t come back for closure as she had termed it.
“I’m leaving” she said
As she took her bag to leave, they heard a knock at the door with a female voice informing Kamulaza of her presence.
Matilda was shocked to the bone seeing the look on Kamulaza’s face.
She tried walking out of the room but Kamulaza held her back forcefully.
“You can’t leave now” he said
“And why can’t I leave?” She asked.
“Cos someone is at the door” he replied.
“And so?” She asked again.
“Are you that dumb? My fiancee is at the door and she mustn’t see you” he said almost yelling and then kept his voice down.
“Who am I to you Kamulaza?” She asked tearfully.
“This isn’t time for stupid questions, you should have figured it out already. Now let’s find where to keep you” he said and then comes the rattling of keys indicating the person out there is about to come in.
