Crazy In The New York City – Episode 8

Adrian’s Pov

 

I walked away from the receptionist and to Celine, I grab her arm and pull her outside then push her away.

 

“How dare you” I growl annoyingly.

 

She faces me and smiles, Gosh her face reminds me of her sister. I smile and release her.

 

“Thank you” I told the receptionist and walked out of the hotel ignoring Celine.

 

I drove home and called Romeo on the phone. I really thought I was gonna get laid today but all thanks to that brat I wasn’t able to.

 

And I can’t call any woman home because no female can enter my house well except Celine who had the guts to.

 

I walked to the Kitchen were Sarah was, she was busy preparing something but I lost appetite already, I just ignored her and took a glass of water.

 

“Have never seen you this tensed before” She says all of a sudden.

 

I ignore her and walk away

 

 

“She’s a really beautiful girl” She continues and I had no choice but to run upstairs to my room.

 

I pull off my clothes and walk to the bathroom then put on the shower.

 

I stand in the shower as my thoughts get filled up.

 

Celine , Celine Greene. How didn’t I know she was Julia’s younger sister. Come to think of it Julia never mentioned she had a sister, she only talked about her parents and the little maid they had, was Celine the maid?.

 

I got out of the bathroom and wore my underwear. I went to my drawers and fished out a little box.

 

I opened it and brought out the contents. The last thing in the box was a picture of Julia and I, as much as I hated that woman I haven’t gotten rid of this picture.

But that doesn’t mean I won’t have my revenge on her, on both of them.

 

I hear a knock on the door and I assume it was Sarah so I walk to open it.

 

The person standing at the door made me smirk while she covers her eyes.

 

Celine’s Pov

 

Mrs Vandermir didn’t tell me staying with Adrian would be so hard, now am regretting my decision.

 

Who walks around half na.ked, well he’s not walking around but all the same he’s half na.ked.

 

Have seen a lot of half na.ked guys on commercial board, Facebook, Tik Tok but seeing one live especially when the dick print is so visible and his abs are so deep and fine toned.

 

God why does he have to have everything.

 

“What do you want” His deep cold voice brought me back to reality.

 

“I…. I your mother” I stopped and swallowed. I felt so disappointed in myself. I

 

can’t believe this fool made me stammer.

 

“Hey Celine, my mother said you were gonna replace Sarah but she didn’t say you can come to my room. Where’s Sarah” He asked.

 

“She has gone already and don’t think I fancy coming to your room. Sarah asked me to come to and tell you I was here already and she prepared a dish for you” I said and turned to leave but he pulls me back and stares at me deeply.

 

“What what are are you you doing” I stammered getting uncomfortable.

 

“The little stunt you displayed today, don’t you ever try it again and I promise you am gonna make your stay in this house hell. I don’t know why mother chose you but trust me you would regret it” He threatens and pushes me to the floor then locks the door.

 

I stand up and charge for him but it’s too late since he already locked the door.

 

No one treats Celine like this, but I just have to think of Julia and Mrs Vandermir.

 

Julia’s Pov

 

I look at the time and lost patience, I can’t believe Celine didn’t come even after I told her what Anthony did.

 

That little brat, what is she planning. I know she’s a crazy woman and she might hurt Anthony very well.

 

That lady needs to be thrown into a mental asylum.

 

I hear a knock on the door and quickly fix my makeup and make my hair look rough. I apply glycerin to my face.

 

“Celine thank God you are…” I open the door and my countenance changes.

 

“Mrs Vandermir??” I questioned and smiled.

 

“You look terrible Julia did Anthony really do this to you” She asked and I nodded slowly, how did she know about Anthony.

 

Does Celine know Mrs Vandermir too, I can’t believe Celine has gone this far.

 

“Please come in” I said and hid the bottle of Glycerin away from her.

 

I offer her a seat and ask her what she wants.

 

“I came here to see Anthony who did this to you” She said and I stammered trying to reply her. My plan was to bring Celine here and tell her to stay some few days then few days to few months, then to years until she’s free from Adrian.

 

“He he’s not around” I said and Mrs Vandermir stands up and rubs off the makeup from my face.

 

 

“I thought you were better than this Julia, using make up to fake.. What’s your aim exactly, why do you want Celine here” She asks but I ignore her question and walk to get her a glass of water.

 

“I know your plan Julia but it won’t work because I won’t let you make my son more miserable than you already did” She says and throws the glass cup away from my hand.

 

“Mrs Vandermir I don’t know what you are talking about” I tried defending myself.

 

“Act ignorant all you want, just stay away from my son and also I came here to fulfill my promise to Celine. I would make you a supermodel and recognizable everywhere but only on one condition”

 

“Which is??”.

 

“Stay away from Adrian and Celine” She continues and I look awae upset. No way I was gonna agree to it.

 

Celine’s Pov

 

After arranging my room, I pick up my phone and call Julia, it took her some time before she answered the call.

 

 

Julia I….

 

 

why did you call Celine, it’s obvious you don’t care for me anymore, I thought I had a sister to count on but now I know who you are, you are a selfish person Celine, don’t you ever call me again She cuts the call and I sit down worried.

 

I knew she was going to be upset but I wasn’t expecting her to be this mad since Mrs Vandermir promised me to take care of it.

 

I decided to call her but my phone starts ringing, Mary was the one calling.

I close my eyes slowly and set to sleep but the loud noise prevented me to.

 

I stand up and walk to where the noise was coming from.

 

 

It was Adrian, playing a stupid music from the studio while he was busy punching a bag.

 

I look at the time, it was 10 minutes past midnight.

 

What the hell is he doing, I turn off the music and he faces me, his icy cold eyes made me swallow,. He was wearing a joggers but no shirt on , at least I can’t see his dick print.

 

“What do you want” He asks.

 

“It’s late. Everyone wants to sleep. If you wanna hear music at least use headphones” I said and he chuckles.

 

“In your house right??” He questioned , the mockery clear in his voice.

 

“My job is to be your P.A and take care of this house. I can’t do that if you are playing stupid music so late” I said and he chuckles.

 

“You know I always thought you were different Celine but you just proved to me you are just like other girls. You act like you hate me but once you see an opportunity to get close to me you quickly grab it” He says and cleans the sweat off his face.

 

I can’t tell him am doing this just for Julia and because Mrs Vandermir wants him to change. If I tell him he’s just gonna be more angry and refuse to change. And for me to do that I have to be nice to him at least a little bit, Eww.

 

“Look Adrian am just saying you will….” I was cut short when Adrian throws the

 

towel he used in cleaning his face at me.

 

He pushes me out of the way and walks away.

I wake up the next morning as early as possible to make breakfast, I make pasta with turkey for everyone.

 

I walk to Adrian’s room with his breakfast and open the door , the idiot was still sleeping.

 

I walked to his bathroom and got cold water then I walked back to him and poured the water on his face. He didn’t like that at all.

 

“How dare you” He stands up and pushes me to his wardrobe pinning me.

 

 

His face was dripping water and next thing I knew he drags me out of his room then out of his mansion.

 

“What are you doing” I asks as he carries me bridal style, I felt weird when he carried me that way until he dumps me in the pool and I guess he didn’t know I could not swim.

 

“Help Help” I yelled my hands going up. I was scared, will I die this way, I haven’t even had sex before. Is this how I’ll die. No I can’t die like this, I can’t believe am saying this.

 

“Adrian please help me” I cried out as the water pulled me back inside.

 

Adrian’s Pov

 

Wow she can’t swim, how can someone be so useless.

 

“Simon” I yell out the name of my security guard.

 

“Sir” The old man replies and I order him to carry her out.

 

I walk back to the room and dress for work.

I drove to work and collected some files from the receptionist.

 

“Sir the new applicants for the secretary post are waiting for you, they’ve been interviewed already” She says and I nodded then walked up to my office.

The three ladies sat down smiling all confident of getting the job.

 

I ignore them and walk inside my office.

 

Celine’s Pov

 

I paid the cab driver and look at Adrian’s Company, I never believed Adrian would just leave me there to drown, even though he called his guard.

 

I walked inside his company and up to his office, three ladies sat outside. Two were passing me deadly glares while one just stared at her phone.

 

“Did something enter your eyes why are the both of you glaring at me” I ask and one of them stands up to face me.

 

 

“Aren’t you the cheap girl who bashed Adrian’s car” She says and I smile and turn back then turn back to punch her nose.

 

She falls to the floor and holds her bloody nose.

 

“You were saying??” I asked and I walk inside Adrian’s office.

 

“Oh look, the crazy girl did not drown to the death” He mocks.

 

I smile and sit down opposite him.

 

“We’ll be going to Mary’s Club tonight, Mr Wung Chan is going to be there tonight. We’ll be having a short meeting there”

 

“And you know this how” He asked not sparing me a glance.

 

“Your mother already called them and they decided to give you another chance” I say. He scoffs and stands up.

 

“Probably she should give you the company since she wants you to be in charge of everything” He says and walks out of the office. I follow him and watch him address the three women.

 

“You” He points at the rude woman who insulted me earlier.

 

“You are hired” He says to her.

 

“No she isn’t” I disagree and he faces me.

 

“Why??” He asks and I sigh before replying.

 

“Why her, why not the other two. Because she has big boobs??” I asked and she smiles using her hands to pack them up.

 

“Am hiring her and there’s nothing you can do about it” He says and I whisper in his ear.

 

“Hire her and watch her go home with one good leg” I threatened and bit my lips.

 

 

“Fine choose who you want” He says and I point at the lady who was busy staring at her phone.

 

She stands up shocked, I guess she wasn’t expecting it.

 

Adrian walks back to his office upset.

Soon it was lunch time, I walked to Adrian’s office to ask him what he wanted for lunch. I know he didn’t eat my pasta so he must be hungry, not that I cared for him or anything in fact I wished he starves to death but am not doing this for myself.

 

“Am going to get lunch, do you want anything”

 

“Yes I want you to leave and never come back” He says. I scoff and walk out of the office.

 

“Madam are you going out” The new secretary asks.

 

“Yes I want to get lunch for the boss” I say and she offers to get it.

 

“Can I get it” She asks.

 

“It’s nothing Kat I can get it”

 

“No please let me, that’s the least I can do for you getting me this job” She insists and I allow her.

 

I walk back inside and watch Adrian get busy.

 

“I thought I told you to leave and never come back”

 

“Turns out am addicted to you” I say and watch him smirk. I never meant it to sound as a compliment, now he’s gonna start feeling like I feel something for me.

 

“Is that so” He asks and stands up.

 

He pulls me up and pushes me to the wall.

 

 

“How addicted are you to me” He says and I try pushing him away but instead he grabs my hand and pushes me out of his office then locks himself inside.

Kat brings chicken soup as lunch, too bad Adrian won’t be eating this anymore.

 

He can starve to death all I care.

 

“Thanks Kat” I say and open it, she looks at me shocked.

 

“I I thought you said it was for the boss” She asks

 

“I changed my mind” I say and dip the spoon inside. Next thing I knew was Kat swiping the plate out of my hand and the whole content poured to the floor.

 

“Ouch” I grunt.

 

“Am am sorry, I thought I saw something inside. I’ll get you another one”

 

“It’s okay” I said and walked away.

 

What the hell was that.

 

Adrian’s Pov

 

I park the car in front of Mary’s club, am just gonna have the meeting and leave Celine behind.

 

“Get out” I ordered.

 

“I would” She says and walks out of the car.

 

We walk inside the club and meet the Chinese guy waiting for us.

 

“Why are we having the meeting inside a fu.cking club” I asked and she smiles.

 

“You’ll soon know why?” She replies and walks to the guy.

 

We soon start discussing and Mary comes in and I notice the look our investor gives her. Does he like Mary, I thought Mary had a boyfriend.

 

I guess this is the reason why we are having the meeting in a club.

 

 

“So Mr Vandermir you can send the copies tomorrow, I promise you a positive answer”

 

“Sure” I said and exchanged handshake, he excuses himself to talk with Mary leaving Celine and I alone.

 

A lady brings two cups of wine, we exchanged looks and she hands one to Celine who drinks it all in one gulp.

I watch as Celine jumps on the table flinging her shoes away, the drink had started it’s effects.

 

She dances on the table pulling off her dress.

 

Everyone was enjoying the drama especially me, once mom sees this she’s gonna change her decision.

 

“Strip Strip” Everyone yelled and Celine smiles pulling off her clothes leaving herself only in her black underwear.

 

Now I wasn’t comfortable.

 

“Fuck” I curse and carry her away from the preying eyes leaving everyone disappointed.

 

“Let go of me, they want me to strip” She slurs out.

 

I put her in the front seat and enter the car.

 

I pull off my suit and cover her exposed body with it.

 

She sleeps off and I start the engine.

 

“I’ll punch your nose and break your teeth” She says all of a sudden and goes back to sleep.

 

She’s even thinking of hurting someone while sleeping.

 

She’s really crazy.
