Nadine’s pov

Jeremy, it is Jeremy” I said as a droplet of tears rolled down my face. Before he could get down, I got myself into a hiding place.

I couldn’t believe my eyes, am seeing that bastard who ruined my life, the jerk who made me what I’ve become today. I looked at him from the spot where I laid hidden.

“It is really Jeremy” he looked around as if he was looking for someone, I pray it is not me, his look disgusts me.

I once loved him and he betrayed my love, with no sense of remorse.

All these years, I never wished him happiness.

After a while he got into his car and his driver drove him away

I left my hiding place, got inside my car and drove to my house.

All I could think of was Jeremy, I still visibly remember the day I last saw him.

How cruel his actions were.

My baby, my life, my jewel, she is what I live for. And no guy that didn’t even bother to come for us after six years will come out of nowhere to take her from me.

I won’t give my baby up for Jeremy.

I got home, and couldn’t meet my wife, obviously somewhere enjoying herself.

these past few years with her wasn’t what I imagined my life to be.

it was as if I wasn’t in a marriage.

I took off my dress and got into the shower.

reminiscing my past life and actions till this moment.

I sunk into my thoughts trying to figure out who it was I saw.

I am sure the person I saw was Nadine, or my impotence is starting to affect my sight.

It was obviously her, that face, that body, am sure it was hers.

How come she disappeared, just like that or did she also saw me.

I don’t blame her, it’s been six years I left her and hurt her. I wonder if she is living a good life now, I just want to know that and apologies to her.

I have wronged her, I just want her forgiveness now. I also regret hurting her.

I just want to find her, but it seems it won’t be easy.

I should find someone to do that for me. What are they called?
