Nicole’s POV
“Shh….it’s okay babe,you will find a better man” I tried to console her.
“No Nic,I can’t and I won’t find someone else whom my heart will beat for like Danny.
It’s either him or I don’t know what else to do” she replied in tears.
Kierra is not a relationship type.
Throughout our years in college she never had a boyfriend.
Sometimes I doubt if she can love.
But here the tough woman I have always known crying because of a man.
“I can’t help it Nicole, I love him so much” she cried.
“It’s okay Kierra,we gon’ think of something anything at all but right now I want you to clean those tears while we cook breakfast okay? I said and she nodded.
Our staying in the kitchen was silent throughout.
I served the food on a platter and carried it to the dinning table.
We both sat down eating our food after which she pack up the dishes and carried them to the kitchen.
I went to the bar and brought out a bottle of tequila with two shots and a pack of cigarette.
I drop them on the side stool and brought out a stick of cigarette.
I lit it up and started puffing out smokes.
Kierra walk up to me and pour the tequila inside the shots.
She gulp down hers in a goal and shrugged her shoulder.
She pick out a stick of cigarette and lit it up too.
“What next now? Are you game on? Or game off since the man you love doesn’t like your job” i asked her.
“Am quitting Nicole, if this is what it will take me to get Danny I will” she replied.
“Kierra” I called
“Yes?
“I think you’re doing this the wrong way, yes you have already packed out of his mansion but still yet your thoughts are occupied with him.
Give the guy space,it’s your first time so I know that feeling but you have to control yourself.
At this point am sure that if you met him along the way you gonna hug sh*t outta him” I said and drop my leg on the table.
“I will go visit mom after which I will go look for job” she said.
“Why don’t you call Sierra and let her know?
It’s her time to help you out too” i said and she shook her head.
“Zach will be mad at me when he hears about this” she said.
“Who cares about how he feels,what you have to do now is to contact your twin sister” I said with a tone of finality.
Kierra’s POV
After the little talk I had with Nicole I went back to my room and took my bath after which I wore an off shoulder black top and a faded jean trouser.
I left my hair on a loose and put a little makeup on.
I carried my bag and headed out of the house.
Entering a cab on my way to mom’s house my entire thoughts were based on Danny.
I think am getting too obsessed with him but who cares.
I don’t.
The cab pulled up in front of our house and I pay the cab driver after which I went inside.
The door was slightly open so I pushed it and went inside.
“Mom! I shouted
“Mom where are you! I shouted again.
“Who is it? A voice came in.
Sierra is still in?
“Oh Kierra you are here” she rushed to me and hug me.
“Where is mom? I asked
“She’s taking her bath” she replied and sat down in front of me while I did same.
“So what’s up? She asked
“Am good” I replied.
“How is Danny? She asked
“And how am I supposed to know? I asked and she arched her brow. “What do you mean? Are both of ya having problems? She pestered “No” I replied and stood up.
“Am famished, I need to feed” I stood up from the couch and headed to the kitchen.
I opened the cupboard and brought out a cereal.
I pour cornflakes on a plate and pour milk on it.
After making the cornflakes I carried it to where I sat earlier.
I sat down and stir the cornflakes with my spoon.
I scooped a little in my mouth and closed my eyes to feel the taste.
“Perhaps did you park out?
I looked up with surprise to hear such from her.
Then I heard steps.
The steps were coming from her room.
The door opened and Zach came in.
