Danielle POV

The meeting with Mrs Smith was concluded as I stood up and walked to my office expecting Dylan .

He should be back by now , I dialed his office line but he wasn’t picking up.

I went to his office but he wasn’t there , where could he had gone to ??

I was about leaving his office when Sasha my secretary almost bumped into me.

“What were you thinking Sasha ” I cautioned

Am sorry ma’am I was just going to your office” she said calmly.

Have you seen Dylan lately” I asked

“Actually ma’am that was the reason why am coming to your office” she answered.

“Okay tell me about it “, I said calmly.

Congratulations ma’am you got the deal with skynet , Dylan confirmed that but he couldn’t wait to break the good news to you himself , he claimed he had an emergency he had to attend to ” she said

I almost Jumped on her , this is the best good news so far.

But where did Dylan Rush up to without informing me , anyways I guess he couldn’t get through to me because I was with Mrs Smith and my cellphone was in my office.

“You may go Sasha thanks for the wonderful news” I said with a smile

She nodded and walked away.

I went back to my office and finished the days work , I need to go home on time and cook something special for Dylan.

I don’t even know how to show my appreciation to him , for good seven months but I couldn’t get it.

I don’t know how he did it but am seriously indebted to him.

But first an appreciation meal will be okay .

I rushed to my car and drove home . I got home in thirty minutes and raced to the kitchen

I didn’t bother taking off my clothes when I started cooking.

Brown rice with spaghetti sauce alongside grilled fish.

I set to work immediately and started cooking. I made sure I put more effort into it.

I wanna make sure it’s very sweet and okay too.

After placing my grilled fish and brown rice on the counter , I brought out ingredients for spaghetti sauce .

Preparing this meal took most of my time as I set the dinning table perfectly .

I went to the bar and brought two glass cups and joviln wine .

For the few times he had stayed with me I have come to find out that he loves joviln.

I let out a breath of relief and walked to the entrance when I had someone open the door that must be him

I rushed to the door to welcome him as he came in but instead of the Happy face I met with a red sad eyes which like he had been crying for a while now.

“Dy what’s wrong you look sober ” I said with concern as I used my palm to touch his cheek.

He kept looking at me as his mode darken.

“She’s dead” he mumbled as he removed my palm from his face.

“I don’t understand you Dylan who is dead?” I asked obviously confused.

“Vinnie she’s dead all because of me” he growled and walked pass me.

Oh my goodness this is huge.
