“I mean she’s my friend” Danny said and I stare at Kierra for an explanation.

 

She was biting her fingernails.

 

She always does that when she’s thinking of a lie.

 

“You girls can go in and sort yourself out” DM older brother said and I nodded.

 

 

“You better don’t lie to me young lady” I said .

I sat down on the soft bed and concentrate on Kierra.

 

“Am listening, explain why you didn’t even care to check up on us all this while and what the fu.ck are you doing here in Danny’s house? I asked

 

“I….I am sorry for not coming to visit you and mom, I was busy with work” she said.

 

“Liar, when did you started lying Kierra? What’s your job? I asked almost yelling. “Calm the fu.ck down Sierra am trying to explain” she yelled “Did you just yell at me? I asked

 

“Am sorry” she apologize

 

“Am all ears and don’t you dare hide anything from me because if I later find out what you are hiding then you know what happens” I said and she nodded.

 

“Am a stripper” she said and I feel like my ear was betraying me.

 

“You are a what? I asked

 

“A stripper” she repeat herself

 

“Kierra why did you choose being a stripper of all occupation? Why did you choose to become a whore why? I asked almost crying

 

 

“For your information I did that because that was the only way to get money, I needed the money urgently just to save you” she replied

I walk to the sitting room and Danny and Zach were sitted discussing among them.

“Why are you crying? Zach asks

 

I couldn’t speak, I felt tongue tied.

I blame myself for everything, I blame nobody else but myself.

💎Zach POV💎

 

After Sierra left I felt the urge to go and see Kierra.

 

I think something happened between them if not why was the girl crying? “I’ll check up on Kierra” I said to Danny. “Whatever”

 

 

I went to her room and knock on the door. I went in and met her crying on her bed. “Kierra?

 

“She said that I disgust her now, she said that am disgusting, is it my fault?

 

I wanted to save her life on the contrary I fell in love with the money that come out from stripping” she said crying.

 

Why does it hurt seeing her like this?

 

I pulled her up and hugged her.

 

“She will soon understand, she was just disappointed in you but trust me she will soon get over it” I replied and kissed her hair.

 

“You are a brave woman Kierra, with all your flaws I see a unique special woman.

 

Don’t be sad, she will soon come around” I said consoling her.

 

After she slept off in my arms, I place her on the bed and covered her with the duvet.

 

 

I left the room and went to the sitting room.

 

“Who cooked? I asked Danny who was eating dinner.

 

“The cook said that she did” he replied

 

“Oh”

 

I sat down and dished out food for myself.

 

After eating I stood up to leave.

 

“She’s going through emotional trauma Danny,i know that you hate her but please don’t add to her problems” I said before leaving the house.

 

I need to talk to Sierra, she’s older and should be thinking as one.

 

I drove straight to my house after bathing I went straight to bed.

 

💎Sierra POV💎

 

Was i too hard on her?

 

Our house was just a stone throw,I sat down in a corner and dried up my eyes.

 

Mom is a sharp detector,she might find out that I was crying.

 

I walk to our house and knocked on the door.

 

The door opened and I went in.

 

“Sierra where are you coming back from this late at night? She asked “Am sorry mom, I found a job so I was learning things about it” I replied “Oh, so which company? She questioned

 

 

“DM corporation” I retorted

 

“That’s nice my daughter” she replied and beem a smile.

 

I went to my room and remove the cloth i was wearing.

 

I tied a wrapper on my chest and went out to take my bath after which I slept off.

 

The next morning I feel good.

 

I rushed and took my bath after which I wore a cloth that I borrowed from our neighbor.

 

I said a silent prayer then left for Zach’s company after telling mom.

 

I got to the company early, I went to Zach’s office but it was locked so I sat in a corner waiting for him.

 

An hour later he arrived

 

“Good morning Sir” I greeted and he nod his head.

 

He placed his palm on the door and it opened.

 

“Come in miss Brown” he invited and I went in.

 

He stood up from his chair after removing his jacket and walk closer to where I was standing.

 

He grabbed my hand and draw me closer to himself.

 

“How do I punish you now Sierra? He asked rubbing my lips with his thumb.

 

Unknown sensation running up my body.
