Chapter 5

 

James pov

 

I tried to put myself together because of the cctv camera in my room

 

I sat down on the bed thinking about my life

 

mr sam have been killed then am dead also ,he been the one making sure my identity was secret and helping me since ,when some co workers thought i was dead already

 

My mind now is on how to escape out of the building immediately ,i dont care if i loose my job ,as soon as i get out of here i am leaving this country

 

its night already ,i just have to wait till its morning

 

I couldnt sleep all night till its morning ,the landline ring and it was candy she asked me to make breakfast

 

i head down stairs and began cooking ,i was almost done when candy walked in the kitchen looking beautiful in her night gown

 

“James what are you starring at the food is bruning ” candy yelled

 

Gosh i feel so embarassed ,i cant believe i have been starring at her all this while

 

I quickly dished out the food and took them to the dining

 

“James sit” she said and i sat down

 

“what were you starring at”she asked

 

“I saww …Ermmm” i kept stammering not knowing what to say ,i cant believe a lady would make me feel this nervous ,and am just making a fool at of my self

 

“Nothing”i quickly said and starred at her beautiful face

 

Okay finally i admit ,i think am inlove with this girl ,which is a huge mistake

 

“James you seem lost today which is totally unlike you”she said and i smiled at her

 

 

“I just have alot of things going on in my head” i replied “Will you like to share “she asked in a polite tone

 

“Naa your going to kill me” i replied while she starred at me shocked “Why will i kill you”she asked

 

“I dont know really”i replied and she starred at me confused “Do you have a girlfriend”she asked “NoPe”i replied popping the P

 

“Why” she asked in a suprised tone

 

“You dont expect me to have a girlfriend with the nature of my job “i replied “Who are you really”she asked and i starred at her for sometime “Am james “i replied

 

“You are one weird guy”she said

 

“Dont you find rissa sexy enough”she asked

 

“Oh you mean the desperate lady”i replied and she starred at me angrily “Sorry” i muttered

 

“you know you are the only person to look me to the eyes”she said

 

“Really”i replied

 

“Yeah ” she said

 

“So arent you scared of me”she asked

 

 

“Am a man ,i shouldnt be scared of a lady “i replied smiling ,i know that was a big fat lie ,i am so scared of her ,,,,you guys dont expect me to admit it

 

She removed a gun at pointed it at my forehead and i flinched immediately and she started laughing

 

Omg she laughed , i think she realised that she was laughing and kept quiet immediately

 

“You look beautiful when you laugh” said

 

and she blushed ,soons she was done eating and went upstairs without uttering a word to each other again

 

as much as i love her and would want to be with her,i have to leave

 

I walked to the first door it scanned me and showed green and the door opened and i went to the second one ,i was beginning to get nervous ,the second one scanned me and showed red and and alarm started blarring loudly soon some guys walked in from different direction pointing guns at me

 

Gosh am doomed

 

“James” candy called dropping her gun she signaled the guys and they left immediately

 

“Were are you going to “she asked

 

“I was trying to take a walk “i lied

 

“Well you are here to cook not trying to take a walk and never you try to leave this house without my permission else a bullet will pass through your head and your lucky am at home else you would have been dead by now”candy said and walked back upstairs

 

What do i do now ,i cant leave this house ,how am i going to be able to escape ,what if i tell her i want to quit she might suspect something and kill me

 

 

I am the most confused human on earth right now ,i know soon she will find out ,but i dont want to die now

 

Candy pov

 

I thought it was an intruder ,i was suprised to see it was james claming he want to take a walk

 

I guess this house must be boring for him ,well thats his business he is here to work that was why i hired him at first

 

And there is something about him i cant just place my hands on ,something fishy ,i have checked the internet about him but they seem not to be giving am any useful information about him

 

Or is it because i feel different arround him ,he called me beautiful today and i blushed ,i even laughed something i have never done with any guy before
